Pilot Truckstops

Was in cali and stopped here. Restaurant food was great. You get 3 free hrs then you pay unless you fuel 75 gallons or more. Plenty of secure parking. Good location.

Always clean, really good, and staff is always happy and helpful. Highly recommended to everyone to stop when in Sacramento California. One of my favorite stops. Is my favorite in California.

Again love this Travel Center!!!!! Lots of Big Rig Parking! Worth the $20 or $50 spent on Property. Truck Wash and Mechanics on site. The Diner is great for Breakfast and Dinner!!! Spare RIBS are the Best!!! Showers are Clean and Laundry is roomy!!! Great convince store selection!

Tried to bring our RV here and the first employee that I spoke to was nice and he gave me instructions for how to get into their lot. However another employee came outside to yell at us and she threatened to call security if we went into their lot. If your not RV friendly maybe don't have a bunch of signs that say "RV friendly". Would have spent money there too since they had some of the services we were needing. Won't be back and you should train your employees better. She was super rude and wouldn't listen to us.

It's the first time I've made a review of a Truckstop the parking lot of this place stinks it doesn't make sense that you have to wait more than 30 minutes to be able to exit the system to pay for the time you spend here this place is useless avoid it

Lots of parking. Checkout inside the building if you need a receipt to be reimbursed for parking. There isn't an attendant at the checkout gate. Just a machine. It runs out of printer paper. Park off to the side so you don't block the gate and walk inside get your receipt first then checkout at the gate.

The worst truck stop in the country. Usually at least 2-3 diesel pumps not working. Sometimes they run out of diesel completely. The def pumps are so slow. Because there isn't any place to park after fueling, drivers leave truck on fuel island to go inside. Takes forever to get fuel. Wouldn't give one star if there was an option.

truckers. the prices at this place look like a five stars truck stop. doesn't deserve to be a pilot dealer. The restrooms and showers are old in design and below normal size and not clean also. no cat scale at this place but they do scale. After you are done with the scale make a left-tight turn. the scale area is not big enough. After fueling or scaling. the only way to exit drive to the parking gate and get the parking lot ticket from the machine the parking gate will open then drive inside the parking lot find the exit then stop and scan your parking lot ticket to let the gate open exit sometimes trucks be waiting in line to exit and will take time to get your turn. Looks like a prison facility entry gate and exit gate scan your badge number I mean parking lot ticket. if you care about your business Remodeling as soon as possible not only just making money or forgetting about it at all. Don't know how pilot and flyingJ companies accept this dealer. If you parked short time free to exit otherwise you need to pay the parking fee

They don't let you use your points in the store. The pizza is self serve. Who knows how many people have touched it. Doesn't matter looks like they made it yesterday! The cashier looks like she hated her job. Wouldn't recommend

Can’t order showers off the app have to go inside and wait 10 minutes in line, and when you do get it they give you number tag and you go down the hall where another person meets you and escorts you to your shower, it’s a whole process. Can’t pay for parking at the gate have to take your ticket inside at the machine, sometimes this creates a line of trucks waiting to leave because someone has to go inside to pay, I saw the workers wiping the floor and toilet with the same towels drivers use. Seems they are taking it for granted being the only truck stop in the area.The only solution for this mess is a proper Pilot/TA/ Loves truck stop nearby
