The purpose and the nature of the Pimería Alta Historical Society is to encourage research into the records and traditions of the territory geographically known in ancient Spanish and Mexican records as Pimería Alta. This area comprises portions of the United States of America and the Republic of Mexico. We foster the preservation of artifacts, archive historical documents and encourage the publication of records and historical narratives. Our aim is to cherish and preserve interest and enthusiasm in the historical treasures of the region through maintaining a living museum.
