The manager of this community is a fat little toad, with greater girth than height and combined with Napoleon syndrome. The owners and residents cannot stand her, yet she is in the boards pants, who are also guilty of not looking out for the residents. She should have been removed a decade ago, a classic example of a cushy job and zero resistance. Before buying or renting here talk to the owners at the pool or around the complex. She has zero people skills and works in a job where she SERVES the people, albeit not in her eyes. I have never seen a candidate so unsuitable for a position, they should fire her and appoint the assistant who deserves a gold medal for sharing an office with such an unsavory creature.
My mother purchased a condo here before construction was completed. So she has been there since day 1. She recently passed away, and the condo president hounded me to sell just 5 days after her passing. I told him that we will first clear out her personal items and then figure out if we are renting, or selling. I have been carefully going thru her personal items and clearing the unit out. During this time, the condo president has used 'tactics' to make things very difficult. I believe as retaliation for not going thru him to sell the unit right away when he had buyers lined up; he is a realtor as well as president. So as I am mourning and clearing out my mother's belongings; police are called to the unit for unauthorized access, vehicle towed, large stickers places on vehicle with warning notes, entry fobs disabled... Condo fee payments mailed regular mail mysteriously not being deposited or cashed. Condo fees mailed certified mail that get signed for and clear my bank mysteriously not being accounted for in their records. I have provided copies of my mother's last will and testament naming me as executor and agent of her estate. The condo is nice and the neighbors are nice. Aside from the condo fees and mortgage payment; having a person like this in your life is the other price you pay to live here. Oh, and the parking has always been terrible. Each unit gets one spot, and there are VERY limited guest spots available. Perfect if you're single and have no friends or family visiting.
Great place to live in the best area of Fort Lauderdale - easy walk to Las Olas, quick bike ride to the beach, and easy access to a variety of the major surrounding roads in the city. The amenities are great, too; the pool area is beautiful, the gyms are well equipped and always clean, and the laundry facilities are also nice. The units are of good size and the neighbors are all friendly.
Good location but Building is now very dated. Terrible parking situation. Cannot have guests over because there is no where for them to park. Warning: They tow a lot of cars.
Liars, they do not accept VA Loans.
Customer service very very friendly helpful merchandise arranged easy to find in quick convenia
Quiet..peaceful...lovely neighbours...beautiful facility!!
