Couldn't be happier with the beef we get from them. Always packaged the way we want and the beef is fantastic

Contrary to what the low rating suggests, we do not steal a customers' meat. However, if it is inedible, we hold ourselves to higher standards than to package up the slop anyway. We call all customers who have had their venison processed immediately when we receive the meat back that we send off to a ->separate company<-. Furthermore, we warn all customers that it will be until January at the earliest or March at the latest before we receive this back and Pine Grove Meats employees have no control over the deadlines of these StoneRidge employees. The owner graciously pays for all of the many sausage orders months ahead of time and waits for months until seeing his money come back to him when all these customers finally pick up their sausage. even though he makes zero money to provide this service. Isn't that kind? Even when several customers abandon their sausage for him to pay for it every year, he continues to provide this service which is of no benefit to him and only an added stress to an already very, very busy time of year.

Have taken my deer there for processing the past two years; meat was either lost, stolen by "rogue" employees, or to my knowledge simply missing. In particular this year I received less backstrap back from my buck then another deer I brought in for my brother, and have always waited way too long for my sausage. Usually having to contact them on my own, oppose to the promise they give to notify you when it's done being processed.

Was very pleased with the service and was done in a timely manner. The whole crew is very pleasant and a joy to talk to. Big shout out. Great job guys
