The new owner has made a lot of changes for the better. He keeps the drives in good shape. He keeps out undesirable tenants.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! Roads are being fixed and maintained. The riff raff is being made to leave and the new owners have ZERO tolerance for drugs, domestic unrest and mischief! This is becoming a great park again!

Good family atmosphere, children friendly, no one drivers fast or crazy, and just good clean country living..

Calm and peaceful rednecks. But the owners are out of Arkansas. They dont fix the dirt roads after they get wash, other tenants walk through your lot, and most landlords who own mobile homes just want your money and dont hire professionals to work on them. They try to do it themselves and halfway or never fix it right.

A friend lives there, it's a nice quite place to live

Decent park. Just as long as you keep to yourself.

Strict creed for tennants, fairly priced lot rent, friendly neighbors, and plenty of space for kids to play outside.

Quiet little park. Needs some driveway work done someone good with a box blade and it would be lovely...

Went to visit my stepdaughter and the grandbabies.
