Pine lake laundry & Dry cleaning

This is a good laundromat, it allows you to bring your own soap and does not give you any problems with it. It is a great place to bring your dress clothes and allow them to work on them while you do your other casual clothes. All the machines are normal priced and if you buy your soap there it is not overpriced. It is a good all-around good laundry mat and dry cleaning facility.

I got my comforter done almost a month ago and when I picked it up and opened it, it was sticky to the touch so I had to clean it myself. I have made several calls and visits to the store to ask for a refund and no one has responded to me in over a month. They keep saying they will pass on the message to the owner but still have not received anything. I even paid extra for a deep clean. VERY disappointed.

I’ve been a customer for 5 + years and always paid the same price for a top suit cleaning and the lady who I think is Jamaican not the Cuban lady she is so nice was not only rude but in multiple occasions tried to charge me double she was rude and I ended up paying double after she said she would charge me the usual when I came to pick up she had put what ever she wanted it is a shame after going for years here I won’t go back. The young owners are so kind it is these employees who are making them loose customers.

Great coin laundry and laundry service. Walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly "Hello!", I was so shocked I almost fell over. Big machines, nothing out of order, clean and decent pricing. 2nd best laundromat I've been to in 6 months.

I am not big on reviews but had to take the time. This place is wonderful. Clean nicely folded smelling great wash & fold service. Extra care and thought given. I would HIGHLY recommend. You will not be sorry

I had a great experience at this laundromat. I only used the big dryer and had two big loads of towels and jeans and was dry in no time!

THE BEST !!! I was so nervous about taking my clothes to the laundromat as it would be my first time . Everyone makes it so nice and convenient . I appreciate how good my clothes smell and how fast they work !!! Everyone is so friendly & welcoming and always has a smile on their face . Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier for me . I Highly recommend!!!
