Very clean and quiet. Easy to get into and park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quiet time is at 8 and people are held to high standards. No partying or being loud, clean up after your dog. Basic common courtesy stuff. So if you're looking to party or smoke weed outside, look somewhere else. If you're looking for a cute place to sleep while you travel, this place is great!
Beautiful park with awesome people. Quiet and very relaxing. We hope to go fishing next time!
Very nice people. They have propane That works off of a generator so even when electricity down such as it was after Hurricane Michael they can still sell propane. AWSOME
It is a fair nice size park I park management is very friendly and the other campers seem friendly as well everybody is here for their own personal reasons nobody Interferes into anybody's business, Everybody is respectful and mindful
Quiet, clean, friendly staff, laundry room available as well as a gym, clean showers and restrooms.. propane tanks can also be filled here along with a place to grill, fish, and rec..
Ugh. Had a nice big lot for 40' rig and trailer. Lots of empty spaces. This is last place staff wanted to be - it showed. Your money is welcome but not so much you. One staffer the park Gestapo literally walks the lots and takes pictures of every infraction. Enforcing rules is expected but how about a 'Good Morning', maybe a 'Enjoying your Stay?' - Anything. Septic is Huge problem. The stench was unimaginable on occasion. Closest shopping is 30 minutes away.
Excellent place to stay . Level grassy parking area . It was just what we was looking for. Will be back again
This place is solid. The other residents are nice and management is nice they keep the grass cut and rules are basic common sense. I like this place I'd recommend it to anyone.
OK place. Our site was pretty level, easy to get in/out ground was firm. We were there only one night, so only hooked up electricity. Being an over-night site, our electricity wasn't metered, but I noticed the long-term sites were; being a newbie, I don't know if this is standard or not. They had a "rec" room which was really a wreck - probably not fixed since the hurricane a few years ago. The bathrooms were usable - not heated, but good water pressure, clean water. However, the handheld shower heads were 7ft up, a stretch to reach them, and poorly mounted, so I had to stand in the corner of the shower to get any water on me. The lady in the office was friendly and helpful.
My husband and I spent a few months staying here from January to April. We had a great experience. Everyone who works there was incredibly kind, and always went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. There is coin operated laundry on site, showers and bathrooms, and a gym. Something to note when you’re booking a stay here is that the closest grocery is a small piggly wiggly about five minutes away that has all the basics, but to go to a larger grocery or a Walmart or target is about 30 minutes. And to go to the beach is about an hour. There are some very cool natural springs close by that are definitely worth checking out, and if you drive ten minutes north on 231 there is a great barbecue restaurant called Michael D’s. If you don’t mind being a bit off the beaten path and want a quiet place to stay this campground is a great choice!
