I have been a resident here almost 8 years and the facility has gotten better over time. The guest service director, activities department , and therapy department are outstanding along with the entire staff. I would highly recommend Pine Lodge to my friends and family.
I just completed my therapy at Pinelodge. When I came to pinelodge, I could not walk. I have received therapy all over the US. I have to say that Pinelodge has the best Therapy department in the United States. I can now walk . I am a success story. Brianna and Samantha Sam are outstanding nurses. Tracey is an outstanding restorative aid. The Guest Services director Laverne is outstanding. She takes excellent care of the residents . She is the main reason I stayed, and I am glad I stayed. I would also like to mention several CNA's that made my month long stay very pleasant Tanja Dee, Amanda, Joe, Jessica .Abby Always right there to help
My mom has been at Pine Lodge for about 10 months now. The staff there are excellent and caring. They all take stellar care of my mom, and she is very happy there. However, if I did have a complaint… it would be the food. I’ve tasted my moms dinner several times while visiting, I hate to say this, but, the food the kitchen prepares is just horrible. In my opinion, I think that the kitchen staff should eat what they try to serve those poor patients. It’s just really awful. Other than the food, the level of care my mom receives is exceptional. The nurses there know all the patients by name and they treat them like their own family and I’m very very satisfied with Pine Lodge in the care that they give my mother. Someone just needs to go in the kitchen and learn how to make something that’s edible.
My daughter Patricia is a resident at Pinelodge. I appreciate the excellent care and kind services she receives. Laverne braids her hair and she encourages Patricia, the social services dept and entire staff are excellent I am grateful for their kindness and great care that I cannot provide at my age.
I am a resident at Pine Lodge. The care that I have received has been wonderful. Everyone has been very nice to me. Certain CNA's have been exceptional. Laverne Tyree, Director of Guest Services has been a real blessing to me. She will do anything to help me when I ask.
My husband was in rehabilitation for 3 weeks staff took fairly good care just when you would push button for assistance would take while before they would get there. Staff giving him therapy was real helpful. Mostly only thing is they done his laundry and couldn't get it back. Was discharged and I checked with them and never did get his laundry
I joined this team recently and I couldn’t be more excited. The talented managers and staff in this center strive for excellence everyday and work so hard to provide an exceptional customer experience. Each employee in every department goes above and beyond to create a homelike, loving, safe environment for our residents and their families. Our residents are always our number one priority and we take pride in meeting and exceeding the skilled nursing needs in our community.
Today we traveled 6 hours to visit our Aunt who is in hospice care at this facility. We have a service dog and one in training. We go to the desk to check in only to be told we would have to have our dogs medical records for them to enter the facility. REALLY!!! So I call our Vet and have them fax our dogs medical records. We go in to visit which is in a social hall setting. We aren’t in there 10 minutes and a staff member comes up to me and wants to see our medical records for the dogs. I told her that our vets office had faxed them to their office. So we continue our visit and while trying to visit our Aunt, several of the other residents of the facility come over to pet and see the doggies. Both doggies are in a dog stroller, 1 is 12 yrs old the other is 4 months old. Maybe another 15 minutes passes and her comes the same staff person again. Telling me “Im sorry but you can not have the dogs in here while the residents have food”. First off, our dogs are hypoallergenic, do not shed, and were in their stroller not allowed to touch anything! Second and most importantly one of the dogs is a service animal which is allowed anywhere we are! Needless to say I’m not impressed with this facility and my doggies were cleaner than several staff and residents that I saw in my short time of being there! Very disappointed that guest are treated so rudely!!
Pine Lodge is a great facility. They provide really good care and are always so friendly & helpful. I can't wait to see the renovations when they are done. They are really making it look nice!
Choosing Pine Lodge is the best decision I could have made for my daughter.
