Pine Meadow Mobile Home Park

Just came out here to visit uncle earl with the family. It seems like a little nice community, but mobile homes aren’t really my thing and uncle earl was always a little weird. The place seemed relatively clean and quiet. Frankly, I don’t know how to rate a mobile home park so 3/5.

before we moved to Kansas,in 2011, we lived in this park for about 15 yrs... we feel the only drawback was in the winter, the plow it was mounted on a 1/2 ton pickup came thru in late after noon.. we feel it should come thru as soon as the snow was done... plus there was smoking maintenance man? in the office. .we did not appreciate that.. . Overall we liked living there. so we give it a 4..

Undecided seems quiet , some places need upkeep and some tlc , other than that it looks to be a nice , cozy , little community .

Its home....wether or not the actual corporate owners suck or suck horribly the local vicki manager is trying her damndest to makr it a good place to live...like any place there r ups and downs. Like the slumlords who rent to multiple ppl who give the mhp a bad name due to never doing bkgd checks. As long as u r respectful to ur neighbors it tends to be reciprocated Bkgd knowledge and basis of review is from living in all 3 of the parks ran by the Canada ownership who tends to tie the hands of the manager who actually gets stuck dealing with the tenants. Downfall i wld say is loud dogs....unsupervised children running amuck and the 60 flat fee for water.

not what i expected, trash everywhere you look. wouldnt want to live there.

Spoke with Vicki on several occasions. She's nice enough but just not into helping could-be residents resolve issues.

Worst management I have ever seen. They want owners to pay for road repairs, that should be owners responsibility!!!! Checking it out. If anyone want to join us, please !

Nice quit place to live school a block away,lots of kids and pets.
