We also specialize in Alzheimer care, have a locked down unit and fenced in outdoor areas with gazebos and a beautiful view. Our facility has been open for many years. We used to be called Britthaven of Davidson but back in 2012, all of the Britthaven corporations in the states went through a reorganization change. We are all still under the same corporation but the individual names of each building has been changed. Thus is why we are now called Pine Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center.
