Pine Trail Camp

About

Christian camp & retreats connecting people to Jesus in the beauty of God's creation. Summer camp, year-round retreats, facility rentals & activities.

Description

LOCATION
We are in Saugatuck, Michigan on the Kalamazoo River, just inland from the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. Only ten miles south of Holland, Michigan, where our guests find a variety of shops and attractions inspired by Dutch heritage. Holland is also home to the world famous Tulip Time Festival held every May, the third largest festival in the country. Groups planning on attending the festival are encouraged to contact the camp for lodging options during their stay in West Michigan.

The quaint town of Saugatuck is just one mile south of the camp where you'll find the beautiful downtown shops & Saugatuck Harbor with yachts & sailboats from all over the country. Take a cruise on a real Riverboat, the Star of Saugatuck or hit the Dunes with Saugatuck Dune Rides just a mile away!

This is an awesome place for group gathering. It also good for retreat to get away from the noise. I went there in winter it was really cold. The service here is great. If you want to getaway for religious purpose, try this place.
Staff here were so awesome! Thank you for hosting Chicago Chi Alpha's first Spring Retreat. Hope to see you all again!
I could not believe just how beautiful this place is! Nestled right along the mouth of the Kalamazoo, u can watch the boats travel to and from the lake for hours. Such an amazing location, away from it all and super close to downtown Saugatak and Douglas. Dennis and the rest of his staff were very helpful and pleasant. Make sure to call directly to inquire about renting one or more of the cabins from a couple getaway to large groups. The rates are a fraction of what you would pay right down the road, for way more than you would expect. Can't wait to return!
We had our family's reunion there with about 150 people! This camp has absolutely everything you need for lodging and recreation! Swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, archery, paintball, craft barn, hiking, and zip line! Great food in the dining hall, handicapped accessible too! The directors of the camp are wonderful! Perfect weekend!
Wow. What a camp, what a location, and what an amazing setting for digging into God's Word. Pastor Chris Rookus and his crew have done an amazing job turning around the culture and look of the camp in a short time. The dining lodge is picturesque and cozy. The bunks and showers are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. The dock and kayaks are sleek. The chapel is the perfect balance of rustic and modern. There are just too many great things to say about this camp. If you are looking for a great spot for a retreat near the Grand Rapids area and on the water...look no further!
Great amenities. Great service. Great time!
