I was referred to a chain orthotic place in Auburn, with a 2-month wait, plus another wait to get the orthotics back. I googled, and the woman who answered the phone sold me on making the drive. Very friendly and VERY informative. Price was $150 less PLUS I got an appointment within the week and my orthotics back in 2 weeks, and I'm supporting a local business. Worth the drive! They also have off-the-shelf orthotics like PowerFeet, socks, various felt pads to put in your shoes, plus all sorts of shoes in stock, including Hokas and hiking boots. Wish I knew about this place years ago.
Exceptional service I greatly appreciated the attentive service provided. Michael is not after your money but will honestly suggest the best solution for your feet. I highly recommend Pine Tree Orthopedic lab.
Amazing customer service, we got here close to closing time on a Friday and Michael was super helpful on getting us a perfect fit for safety steel toed shoes. Will definitely be recommending to friends and going back.
This is an excellent place! I've been twice -got great help with specialized footwear and fitting. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Highly recommend you visit here if you are paying attention to your feet/footwear!
Knowledgable staff. Selection of boots for men and women is good and they are different than what you would see at Cabela's or LL Bean. The owner is a former shoe factory owner as well as shoe maker so he knows how good boots are made. He has about 10 pedorithists working for him and all of them are also former shoe makers. He has shoes for men and women too, but I didn't look at those. He has people from Boston coming up to shop at his store! Guess word is getting around.
This has got to be the friendliest place to buy shoes, the young lady that took care of me was amazing, my third time they're buying shoes and will definitely be going back
Wonderful service and friendly helpful staff. As a note however the retail store is closed on Mondays now, this isnt reflected on the Google result.
