Pine View Acres

This was the first weekend they opened their breakfast buffet! It was really good and the staff was very friendly.

Have been coming here to watch local bands for 3yrs and it is always a good time. Sonnythe owner is a wonderful old man who has been running the place for many many years. I believe they have one of the biggest dance floors in schuylkill county. Its a great place and you definitely need to go there and try the breakfast buffet

Spacious and Good Atmosphere. Food is Good and Reasonable Price. I was there for a Band, Got 2 Coney Burgers. Good Choice on the Menue. I gave a 4 Star Because there was no 3.8 But Don't Let that Stop You From Trying Pine View Acres Restaurant, You Will Like it. Good Place to Relax.

Sonny, Wow you work so hard are still so busy; it's very impressive. It was so nice to see you this past Saturday; been so long since I worked for Dr.Novatnick; May he RIP such a good boss. Your wait staff for the event were so nice & accommodating, she moved our linens to a table up close bc of my walking w/a cane and hooked me up with a whole carafe of hot coffee! It was a nice event but cannot comment on food, not this time, because we were too late to eat. We missed out. Great Job up there, the banquet area is very spacious, ideal place to hold conference, seminar, any & all kinds of organized party or holiday, the venue is individual w/it's own parking so it's also easily accessible w/ ramp for those of us on wheels.

This was the first time my husband and I visited this establishment. The meal was real good. The place is very attractive. The most enjoyable moment was speaking with the owner. That was the best part. We'll be back.

The owner and his daughter are the nicest people! Personable and everyone that comes in the door is treated like family. I've always loved the food and always have a great time there.

Very disappointed. We took my mother there for Mother's Day Buffet. The time of the buffet was advertised from 11:30 - 2:30. We had reservations for 1:30. With the exception of the coffee, sides and meatballs, everything else was dried out. The beef was burnt and dry. When I mentioned that to the owner he said, "that's what happens when it sits under these lamps at 250° for several hours." When I asked him to bring out a different piece of meat, he did, but the meat was tough not tender. Everyone at the table said, "you can't cut this with a butter knife, they need steak knives." The manicotti, halupkis, fish, and even the greek grape leaves were dry on the top from sitting under the lights. The breading on the chicken was soggy. I was hopeful for the dessert, but even my cake was dry : This meal was definitely over-priced for the quality of the food that was served. The total for the eight of us was $170. Very disappointed. .

Booked a wedding reception there. Then we heard bad things about it so we went and talked to the owners. They blamed it on the other wedding party being late. Well that's not the problem. We were on time and they were so unorganized it's embarrassing. They told us if it wasnt right it would be free. That sure didnt happen either. First we have candlelight on each table and candelabra. None lit! Some people had salads some didn't including the brides parents table. Food in buffet had empty trays. Not monitored we had to tell them. Rolls brought out almost after dinner. Ask for coffee or tea and they Never come back. Piss poor service. And to think I must pay this bill. They have twinkle lights hung. Some work some dont. How horrible is that. Don't don't don't use this place for a wedding or any function unless you want to be disappointed and throw your money away. To top it off when I got the bill they try to overcharge me 1800.00. They called it an addition error when I brought it to their attention. I think it's time they close their doors!

Very nice place for weddings and banquets and just all-around hanging out has very nice atmosphere bartenders always talking smack though which kind of deters your mindset of hanging out at the bar raspberry big bar very big dance floor everything that you would want in a nightclub and bar and restaurant
