Pinetree Mobile Home Court

This place always was a pretty quiet place to live but was let to fall in disrepair by the previous owner. Now we are under new management and things are rapidly changing. In just a few short months, many upgrades have occured-They fixed all the potholes, trimmed all the trees, fixed the septic system, pulled out many of the older rundown trailers, and upgraded our mailboxes. It looks completely different now when you enter the community.

This place has gone all the way down hill in the last few years.I hate it because I have a disabled parent living here who can't afford to have their home moved and the entire place is not only over run with drugs but also looks like it I as well. Despite being owned and ran by an attorney who seems to do very well for himself,the place stays in disarray and abandoned home sit in disrepair.Lot rent is close to $200 per home but the driveway is plagued with potholes,there are zero amenities to imply this is a family oriented park;no playground,etc. There is a creek in which the driveway crosses and there isnt any type of guardrail or security to keep children or vehicles safe. It is just a shame,this could be a really nice plae to live with a little TLC.

My mom was disabled. She was evicted. Sent to small claims court. While she was there she had cats. Got in trouble by noisey neighbors always budding in her business. They took her cats away. Made life hell for her. Mom passed on. Bit I wouldn't recommend my enemy to that place. To many better than thou.

Park is run down and not well taken care of. Residents yard have old tire, leftover yard sale items, and just trash/junk in general spread all over the property.

It is becoming a great place they are adding new homes and cleaning the place up, for the most part I would say a safe place to live

Hate the way that they look at you and think that they are better than you...
