I’ve been going to Kasey for 2-3 years, and I go every 7-10 months. I live almost two hours away and I would never go anywhere else! I used to get so nervous that somehow it would get messed up.. swelling starts quick! So you have to be fast & experienced. Now, I never worry. Kasey kills it every single time. She gives me so much more confidence in myself after I leave every appt. Everyone has something they are insecure about.. my lips we’re a big one for me! I have seen Ashlan for many waxing services and cannot rave enough about how professional she is, how at ease I feel with her and how great each service has been. I have also had some procedures done with Kasey Talon and have been so incredibly happy with the results. I had Juvederm injections for my lips in November and the results were amazing. Kasey walked me through the entire procedure and followed up with me afterwards to make sure any questions I had were addressed. it is now August and I am still so happy with the results and have recommended the procedure to people who have asked about it. Amazing staff all around!!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Pinewood Laser & Spa. I've had many of their available services from nails and waxing to laser spider vein treatments and, most recently, a truScupt Body Contouring treatment. Everyone is always so welcoming and  knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this spa to any friend or family member. Thank you ladies! &lt;3

My whole experience was an excellent one!! Beth was very nice on the phone and answered all my questions. And Ashlan was so professional and went out of her way to make shore that I was comfertable and aware of anything she did. I am definitely going back for another wax!!!

I saw Susan today for a medical massage. I can say I have had alot of massages and this was the best one so far . I felt so much better when I left her office. I was in alot less pain and just felt great. She was very kind and very focused on meeting my Pacific needs. I would highly recommend this place.

Wanted to book a pedicure for my wife and daughter together as a threat for mother's day so I emailed them via their website. I had a reply from Beth notifying they were doing side by side on Wednesday. I replied asking if there was a way to pay for the two pedicures lady's one + little diva and have my wife choose the date instead of me picking up something they may not be able to commit to and to that date I am still awaiting a reply. A few days after sending my last email, I decided to stop by and talk to the lady at the front desk who explained to me that they were really booked and "No" they don't take payment for a booking without a date and told me I should tell me wife to give them a call. Well, that doesn't help if this is meant to be a surprise gift, does it? Really disappointed that in 2019, it is not possible to book a "pedicure as a gift" coupon with no appointment date attached to it. Managed to do this in other states, even in other countries. It is sad as we live close to Pinewood but I found other places in Portsmouth and Dover willing to accommodate, so I'll guess they'll get my money.

Laser Hair removal service is always great! I love the options they have. Beautiful office and set up!

I had a pedicure it was amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful! I would recommended this place for your spa needs.

Was very displeased with my laser hair removal. After the procedure I noticed that the hair was still there! In all its glory!! It was a waste of time and money. The one plus is that I used their coupon, so I didn't pay full price.

The spa is a very clean facility, has staff that are all friendly. I have never had a disappointing service or a bad experience.
