When I first contracted with Jack, it was good. He instilled a sense of confidence and when he installed the generator he did a good job although there was a ground wire that he never hooked up so I had to pay another electrician to finish. My biggest problem is with service, every 6 months the generator needs service which i was not aware of, it takes multiple calls to get a return call but when he does come, he does a good job. Right now though, I'm not happy, we had a power outage 11 days ago, I have left 9 voice messages for Jack and have yet to hear from him. Part of me is concerned that something may be wrong and if that's the case, I pray he will be ok but if I'm being ignored, that's a problem!
