Moving to Virginia and needed to cancel and needed to cancel my vehicle insurance. She sent cancel paperwork via email after I surrendered Ny plates at DMV. I came across Pinnacle last year. I had been with Geico and wanted to save money. Of course Geico couldn't do anything to help me, so I called Ron at Pinnacle. He was able to set me up with better coverage and save me a good chunk of money. I didn't need to contact them again until this week when I bought a new car and needed to remove the old one. I spoke with Lori and she was responsive, helpful, and accurate. I highly recommend using the Pinnacle Agency.

Horrible experience!! Searching prices for cheaper dealer insurance. Over a month and after being assured everything would be taken care of before my current policy expired I was left with a insurance lapse and agent wouldn't answer my calls. Now trying to get money refunded

Horrible experience and left us with fines, fees and all sorts of trouble with the dmv. Definitely not worth putting your livelihood and vehicles in the hands of Chrissy.
