Pins N Strikes Family Entertainment Center was established in 2009 and has been Sacramento’s ultimate place for FUN ever since!

Sunday evening bowling with friends. Setup of players easy to do. Ordered soda drink, onion rings and garlic fries for $21. A bit more to do now than a couple years back when we last came. Good time and would play here again so long as I feel it is family friendly and safe. Some of the videos shown were not appropriate for children, otherwise, I would have given this another star.
What's confusing when I first got there, I thought the front was the entrance door due to the big sign but it's another door. Signs did lead us to the entrance. A total 6 adults bowled today. Only one person working at the register. She was really helpful and not her fault for dealing with all the busy many customers on a weekend. I rated 3 stars due to the lane keep dying and they gave us 10 minutes back for waiting to it get fix for the 1st time. 2nd time, lane died, waited about 5-6 mins and 2 mins was given back. Our last 20 mins of the game, the pins takes forever to reload. The bowling balls colors are confusing judging from other bowling places I've been to. This place the ball colors are too similar. There weren't many light balls options. Overall, the areas of the different games are spacious; a lot of bathroom stalls in the women's restroom; family friendly environment.
I attended there with my family and spent $50 to bowl most of our game was wasted waiting on the balls to return and we moved lanes and same issue. I wouldn't come back personally.
We celebrated my son’s 8th birthday here on a Friday and everything went smoothly. I was nervous because of the negative reviews but I glad I gave it a try. This is a great place for families and kiddos of all ages. The Parlor side is away from the bowling section- this area looks like so much fun with axe throwing, pool tables, and ping pong tables. The arcade is basic, nothing over the top. The arcade could use an upgrade but this is a new business after all. The food is typical and price are reasonable. The staff is young but very helpful. I’ve been back 2 times since my son’s party. Also, the playground is very fun for kids 1-10. Give this place a try! !
So upset with this place. From beginning to end. This new service was upsetting and I will not be returning. The lane we were in encountered so many issues throughout our 2 hr stay. Which took up the majority of our time fixing and asking for assistance than actually playing. Our food took about 40-45 minutes to come out, but the people in lane 9 got there 20 minutes after us and received theie food much sooner. Then the screen for the lane we were in went blank. I asked an employee that was around if I can get assistance and he said he would let someone know. We played the last hour with no screen or time limit so I had to go back and continue to ask how much time we had left. Multiple times I was asked from a party arriving if we were bowling because they were booked in one of the lanes we were in, so that was frustrating because all they did was watch us until our time was over. I was celebrating my daughters birthday with two of her friends and for that parent to ask one of the kids if we were bowling made me want to get out of character. Worse place to go to and wishing I had never spent my money or time here.

It’s a place for the family, but it shouldn’t be rock n bowl glow all the time! It would be better if they turned off multicolor lights which makes it easier to bowl when you can see, and enough with the modern Pop music and just let the adults play for a few hours.
Bowling Bartender: I honestly had a terrible experience with the bartender, she was just being rude or not even trying to help at all and noticed another customer was trying to get ice and she told him, umm I can't help you, go to the other side of the bar, like are you serious!? it's just 5 steps away from the ice bucket. Terrible customer support and ignores everyone because she's texting the whole time. If they had better customer support I wouldn't mind. The food is also expensive but that's part of the business, I hope they get better employees. Front desk people that gave us our shoes are awesome! I like their help and I recommend them! Bartender it's another story, very disappointed!
Most miss managed establishment I've ever patronized. Saturday afternoon, after a holiday and they have one person working the desk handing out shoes and checking people in... also only only one bar tender. Bathrooms are a mess. I would recommend having your tetanus shot up to date before renting there bowling shoes.
