They have really made some great changes, the servers are awesome, they always have been, but the food has gotten a lot better. They have new items on the menu, and their breakfast is always great.
Great place for breakfast, pleasantly suprise with the quality of food, also the price is great, I will definitely be coming back, great service, you cannot go wrong...for more follow us in Instagram @fortheloveoffood775
The Fernley Pioneer is better, and they are nicer to paying customers there. Also, they don't know how to cook an overeasy egg at their overpriced restaurant.
food was great, wait staff were very friendly.
Loose slots. Great food. $10,000.00 FREE Bingo!. Awesome cocktails and beer on tap! I won cash with my free play gift. I'm a local resident and PCC is my place to play and enjoy some free time. See you there!
We're new to the area and thought we would stop in and have a steak or prime rib for dinner on Friday evening. I assumed since this is in a farming and ranching community that they would reflect that in their offerings. Major misconception! We ordered the 16 ounce prime rib, salad and soup. When our meal was served it all came at once, instead of the salad and soup before the entree. When I noted this to our server, she replied that she hated it when the cook did that to her. I think the cook did that to us, the customers. The 16 oz. Prime rib was cut more like a ham steak and then warmed on Thier flat grill, so it was basically fried. I had never eaten dry prime rib before, didn't even know it existed.....it does here! Needless to say, the soup got cold, not that it was ever very hot and the vegetable medley was tasteless. I wanted to walk out but my wife hadn't eaten all day and opted to chew and chew and chew hers down. When paying the check, we were asked how the food was by our server and I replied it was the worst meal I had ever been served and that I spent many years in the military. She asked if I would like to speak to the manager, who was in earshot of the whole conversation making it a point not to make eye contact. I asked rather loudly, " do you think it would make any difference"? The manager never looked up and our server just looked away. As a side note I noticed another customer who was known by name, had a very nice looking cut of prime rib that wasn't fried and about 3 times the size of ours. Draw your own conclusions here, but I will never stop in again and I suggest you don't either.
I love this place food is excellent! Awesome place to gamble I win every time I go there! Small town local place to gamble! Small town atmosphere! Bingo 4 days a week a must go if you pass through or live intown!
Nice people, decent food, good slots. The kiosks for swiping your players cards suck. Hardly ever get free play no matter how much you play. Otherwise a decent small town casino with people that are always friendly. I've been going for years. Update. Very sorry, but bartender Adam who works nights is beyond rude. Took me from four stars to one. Always have an issue with that guy everytime I've went in.
Its okay, servers are nice!! Food taste good, salad bar could be much better, with fresher lettuce. A lot of the soups are very very salty or peppery. Why do we need clam chowder every Friday??? Restaurant is going down hill fast, tables are left uncleaned. Not enough people to take orders, as I sat there for 10 mins with no one coming by. I had to go find someone. Not a very clean place to eat. Manager doesn't know what she is doing. Place needs help!!!!!
the food was really good, but the service was way under par. The wait staff never refilled our drinks and would look the other way every time they walked by. When we went to pay the cashier didn't say one word to us. The food is great but you'll have better service getting it to go.
