The office was run very efficiently. I was really happy to see the doctor on time. The office is very clean and well maintained. There is ample parking in the lot outside. There is an elevator that transports the patients to the appropriate floors. Stairs are available, too.

RUN! During one of my physical therapy appointments I believe it was the third appointment I had a seizure like episode at the end of my appointment from on of my multiple conditions. The PT that called him in the room wanted him to witness it and see if he could help some. Not only did this man stand at my head looking down at me and Essentially yelled at me while I was on the floor, He threatened if I was not up in 10 min he would "have to call someone". This sent me into more panic. I got home after the whole ordeal I waited all weekend for my next PT appointment and they canceled all of my upcoming physical therapy. My neck has progressively gotten worse since. I felt let down and dismissed after literally being promised they would help. My neck had previously been injured along with Me having EDS and he said "your neck pain isn't from that or the car, its from you tensing up during episodes." This man, then tried to refer me to a neuropsych that I have already been working with for FND. Its obvious he didn't read any of my information and dismissed my other chronic illnesses. So please if you want to be taken seriously don't go to Derek Davidson. I refuse to use his title as a DR because he is anything but and I don't believe he is qualified to work with the general public. I feel that this man along with pioneer spine and sports a danger to patients. The reception is just as awful and rude. I got super upset when they canceled all my appointments. I am autistic and was experiencing extreme anxiety and overload as it takes a lot of effort for me to make and get to my appointments. I also have chronic pain and was hoping the PT would finally help it. My upset was not directed at the receptionist on the phone and I even further explained it was not directed at them.This person had the audacity to go "well someone is getting loud." It was totally unnecessary and rude. In conclusion. If you want to be taken seriously don't go here.

Receptionists there are terrible. I was waiting and an older man came in confused, he thought there was an eye doctor in the building. He went to the receptionists for help and all they did was give him attitude stating that "there has never been an eye doctor here, this is a SPINE specialists". All I did was take the name of the doctor he was mentioning and I went to google to find out the doctor he was looking for was just up the street. It took less than a minute of my time to help him find the right place. She could have done that but only gave the confused, flustered man attitude. These same receptionists felt the need to braid each others hair another time I went in while sitting at their work stations.

very rude people all around. the last time i was there they had no clue why i there. they said they did not get any of my paperwork which they did i did call my doctor and she said they got them. very rude talking to me and telling me i could not be in that much pain.

Worst experience of medical ‘care’ I’ve ever received. Incompetent as well as zero compassion.

Awful. The notes they gave for my referral were so inaccurate to what I said. Almost complete opposite. They made a referral to one doctor who called them and canceled my appointment because they didn’t specialize in what I needed. Pioneer spine and sport never told me that they canceled, almost went to the appointment until I called and found out they were suppose to inform me of my cancellation and set me up for an orthopedic not a neurologist. It took them 4 weeks to send one fax to the orthopedic, meanwhile I passed out at work and suffered threw my symptoms. They’re is not urgency or care here. If you have anything severe do not go here, it’s just a job for everyone from the doctor to the receptionist. Do yourself a favor and go to another office for anything severe. I’d give them 0 stars if google allowed it.

Best most proactive providers I have ever been treated by!! I can only wish they were a primary medicine group. They helped me her back to my normal and able to strengthen myself to keep from re-injuring my back.

I generally get good care here and I am grateful. A few years ago I had a doctor who had no heart. He's still there but now I have Dr. Davidson who is competent and compassionate!

This place is unbelievable. Receptionist young woman undergoing training! is shockingly RUDE. The RN who saw me twice for my chronic back problem displayed passive aggressive and condescending attitude as if not wanting to provide her services/ not wanting clientele. Terrible place and now wasted money.

They don’t care about people they are all about making more and more appointments for no reason to get all the money they can from you. Dr. Sandra even asked me religious questions to see if I was a believer or not. The worst service ever. All they do is waste your time and don’t bother getting to cause of any issue. They deserve to get sued and taken out of business.
