Pipeline Systems, Inc. was founded in 1982 to provide construction services to the oil and gas industry in the Appalachian Basin. At that time the primary focus was on building gas gathering systems and setting up tanks, units and well heads for the booming Medina gas play in northwestern Pennsylvania. Pipeline Systems has built a reputation in the region for quality construction, timely delivery, fair pricing and is well known for taking on the more challenging project. Over the years, the company has successfully worked for several major and minor oil and gas operators in western Pennsylvania and western New York.
During a down turn in the oil and gas industry in the late 1980’s, the company diversified into municipal water and wastewater projects. At first, mostly consisting of water distribution and sewage collection pipeline projects, but later focusing on water and wastewater treatment plant projects. Pipeline Systems, Inc. has now completed dozens of water and wastewater treatment facilities in Western Pennsylvania.
Today Pipeline Systems, Inc. is a leader in the region for mid-stream oil and gas pipeline projects and municipal water and wastewater construction projects.
