I have two storage units here and never had a problem. Staff is very nice and helpful. Every time I come the grounds are nice and clean and have never seen any type of trouble hanging around. All in all I’d say it’s a safe place to keep your stuff.
Today was a much better visit then my last one. I'm wondering if there are new owners or management because it was night/day compared to before. The lady working a couple months ago was so rude and v I considered moving my gstorage to a new place after being at this one over 5 years! Long story short, I haven't seen that lady since and It's a nice change!!! The new kid working nights is so polite and goes around the whole place to give an hour warning and a 15 minute warning before closing which is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU!!

Nice clean facility with wide isles to drive down. I have two units here and find it very easy and convenient to get to. The staff is very helpful, and the facility is always nice and clean.
This is a well managed storage business. No frills, but well maintained and well run. Pretty straight forward, no problems or issues to speak of.
Let me give you some info on this place. 1. They claim they reserve spots for you, but if someone else asks about it. They’ll sell it it to them. 2. The lady named Nayeli at the front deskor maybe just answers the phone is a huge liar and has terrible customer service. Don’t trust a word she says. She first told me you can reserve and when I called back she now tells me “first come first serve”. By the time she told me that I already rented A u haul and packed everything out of my apartment. She then proceeded to tell me she reserved a space for me opening next week. Yeah read that again. Basically she lied about first come first serve. Because she definitely said she reserved something. Maybe a more competent person should have her job. She’s obviously not qualified for this job. She has the attitude of a new McDonald’s employee fresh out of high school. 3. A lot of these “good reviews” are fake. No way a store with a manager never there is rated high. Especially with terrible front desk associates. Hopefully these tips help you out or prep you for their terrible service. Also they don’t do online services. They are very stuck in the early 2000’s Don’t trust this company
I went to look at these units as I was shopping around for storage… it Didn’t take long to come to the conclusion that these are not the safest well cleanest or honest storage units around. Management seemed to be very “” well involved in the personal matters of tenants. And spoke to me on Personal matters About perspective neighboring tenants,without hesitation!!! No thanks. So if you wanna star in A dramatic, gossiping cheap high school soap opera, than here’s the place! PS it just so happened I knew the people he was speaking out to me about and none of what he was saying is true!
Ive rented a unit at this facility in the past. They are friendly, reasonably priced, clean, and quiet. The late fees are over the top but that's with all the storage facilities. Only issue is they close really early, and are closed on Sundays. I would recommend if you don't need access past 4pm.
I really like these guys. They are up front and straight forward. Nice and polite as well as very efficient. I have been with them more than 3 years and feel very comfortable with my truck there. The best thing about them is they are very approachable with any questions. We left once and decided to park it in street trying to save money but learned quickly because it was graffitied so much and police giving us warning tickets to move it. You cant put a price on peace of mind. Thanks Brenda and the other worker there they are super AWESOME.
Easy access to all the units since they are all floor level. Managers office is right there at front of the gate so they can always assist you. Very good price , I've checked around other places also. They have 1st 2 months at 1/2 off. Not a busy street at all for the most part. Kinda tucked away in industrial area. Great bang for your buck imo.
