Pitt Stop

This convenience store / gas station / diner is great. It's conveniently located on Route 8 across the bridge from Portsmouth. Parking is easy even when they are busy, and there is a drive-thru if you're too busy to get out of the car. The most amazing part is that they have Indian cuisine cooked fresh; you'll want to call about an hour ahead of time if you plan on ordering though because it's all made to order. I've attached the menu to make it easier for you all. The staff/owners are friendly and service is efficient. Prices are comparable on most items such as gas and soft drinks and tobacco. Aside from the Indian food, the pizza is hot and ready and is super good as well.

The people here are so nice, it's a little pricey, but the food from there is good, would not recommend gas from here when the prices are down because of water on the main gas tank
