Save your time and money and visit the one in the strip district. I went up to the counter and hung out for 3 mins.....no one ever came to help me. So I decided I would grab it on the way out. When I came back I was greeted by a staff member that clearly didn't want to be there. He wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed I wanted to try samples. I got a medium bag of my favorite peanut butter cup. When I got home and opened it, I was very disappointed. It was basically all sweet kettle corn and no peanut butter or chocolate. So sad about it. I definitely won't visit this location and will only visit the one in the strip where they are friendlier and take pride in their product.

BUGS IN POPCORN!!! We were waiting and figuring out what popcorn we want. And my sister says there was something moving in the popcorn. And we look down and saw bugs!!!!!

Love, love, love good, freshly popped corn so had to go, but this particular location was not as good as The original downtown strip district spot. The cashier actually seem to be hiding from the public and when I came to the counter she asked me to leave and come back in about 15 minutes. there was popcorn everywhere and look to me to be eating I'm not sure why she asked me to do that, unlike the great service and friendly staff of the downtown Pittsburgh location. The popcorn that I purchased turned out to be just okay oh, I went down to Pittsburgh strip district and was treated so much better and much fresher corn. Great place if you go downtown couldn't believe the service in a beautiful location like South Hills, what a waste. Disappointing, especially for an out-of-towner.

When I went on August Ninth 2020 at approximately 1:20 P.M. At the South Hills Village mall I was about to popcorn when the worker fin lay cane out of the back. As I stood at the counter he kept looking around acting like he didn’t see me even though he kept making direct eye contact. He then went back to the back and hasn’t come out. While I can not confirm nor deny I believe this may have been because of my skin color. Now at 1:28 P.M. he has served someone that happens to be white.

I go up to get some and the lady puts up the sign be right with as I walk up...what kind of business is that? Not cool at all....you lost a customer...I can't help it if ur one person...not good customer service! PERIOD!

Best popcorn I have ever had! Couldn't get enough of it. Was covered in chocolate and peanut butter. Absolutely the best!

The cashier was very nice and polite, he helped me decide on a few flavors to get and it was very fresh and delicious!!

Its really gone downhill. When I go anymore the workers are always hiding in the back. Lucky to get an unstale batch. Not many locations anymore that one can go to.

Best tasting kettle korn. Always fresh and delicious.
