Places order at 8:29pm and was told 20 minutes. 30 mins in ... no pizza... 9:19 the manager fumbles around after I get loud. Couldn't get my original order because one my my pizzas so called "burned "...one hour later out the door and never to return. Only because my kid was hungry and it was Friday sbd raining... NEVER AGAIN!
Alexandria and Latika were lovely...but please management can we have more than 3 napkins for our 12 slice pizza for a party of eight! Thank you
They didn't even cook my crust with sense
The pizza was horrible. The sauce was sour and the vegetables were burnt. It hurts my heart that I spent my last $30 on bunch of garbage for me and my family.
Store just open and they don't no what customer service is I regret the moment I place my order it started like this went online placed a order at Carmichael location 1hour passed no call but funds off my acount so I tried calling on hold 15 min so i jump in the car got there lady trying to explain what happen and what didn't happen miss no my issue when I place the order yall took my money and neva called30 min later they give me a pizza and my wings and another sorry not even a refund on my delivery fee or a upgrade for the long wait
