Ordered dinner box 2 pizzas a bread stick a pasta and I added 2 cheesy bread sticks, I received 1 bread stick 1cheesy bread stick and 1 pizza. The pizza they sent i took a picture of and you can tell they didn’t even put the sauce on correctly. They did bring me the missing part of my order quickly so I gave them 2 stars.
Waited for 45 minutes on top of the 20 minute allotted time for a pickup order. Shouldn't have been charged at all. They offered my husband a free soda while I sat in the car outside for 45 minutes. Training people is not an excuse when you should be training them right anyways. The Big New Yorker we got is smaller than a pan size medium pizza. Wheres the rest of our pizza? It's supposed to be 16 inches and is barely 13. It's the actual definition of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! I have given this place so many chances and they continue to fail. Never again. The manager Ashley wouldn't even offer to fix my order or give me my missing items when I called.
The pizza was great and cooked to the right temperature the crust was not soggy and the lady at the drive thru went out of her way to get me crushed red chilies.
Didn't get my order right. Got these boneless lumps of meat vs the Italian pasta I ordered. Pizza was undercooked we had to go home and put it in the oven a little longer. Yay for the overload of meat lovers toppings but uh I kinda wanted my pasta.
Ordered a pizza from here via doordash with bacon, onions and peppers, and the pizza came with mushrooms instead of bacon? Thought maybe I had made a mistake on the order, but nope- the receipt clearly said bacon, not sure how that translated to mushrooms. I called to see if I could get a coupon for a future order, and they said our only options were to either order a pizza for pickup right now, or to order one for delivery - but we’re out of the delivery range, hence why we used doordash. And my husband HATES mushrooms- of all the toppings they could’ve given us by mistake, lol. Long story short, will not be ordering pizza from here again.
Update 5/19/23 It’s my fault for not learning, that this establishment is not very good. Again, they forgot to give me an item that I ordered, and they refused to give me a refund. Horrible!! Ordered family sized pasta dinner, and I received a single tray of pasta instead of two. Associate offered me credit, I of course assumed Pizza Hut would credit my debit card. I get home and find out it’s store credit. Well see, store credit does me no good because I won’t be back. Pizza Hut needs to reimburse me for food I didn’t get.
Ordered on line with an actual person. Got there and they had no record of my order. Ordered again at the window and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes . 20 minutes later they said they had no order in my name so I gave them my receipt. 15 minutes later I finally got my order. I will never go there again.
Hair in my pizza! Absolutely disgusting!
Pizza was greasy. luke warm and had more sauce than cheese. Terrible aftertaste. Pizza tasted like it was made with a chemistry set.
The food is not as good as it used to be and definitely not worth the cost. Don't think we will be eating pizza hut anymore
