We ordered 2 chicken dinners to eat their. When we finally got our food. They brought it out in cardboard boxes. I was confused and ask we can eat here right. She said yes. I opened the box and had to ask for silverware. The menu said the meals come with one side and a biscuit. We didn't get a biscuit. I hacked her if we were supposed to get one. She didn't know. I said we'll that is what the menu said. She said the one on the wall was really old and outdated. As we began to eat our meal. They brought a vacuum out and started vacuuming near our table. We ended up leaving. Won't be back. Very disappointing.
These nice folks squeezed our late pizza order in even though it was minutes to closing time, and we so appreciated it! Thank you!!! Vegetarian options: Meatless pizza with veggies
This one in Pocahontas IA is so cute. Great Service and food was hot !Food: 5/5
The people were friendly and the chicken and pizza were good but the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold and the two of us who got chicken got a burned black biscuit. They did replace them but they should have never been served to us. We will not be going back.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Called in the morning for an order for 4:15 pm. Lost my order, wasn't ready until 5:15. Never again. Worst pizza ranch I've ever ordered from.

Very friendly staff and quick service. We had lunch around 11:30 am and everything was hot and fresh with new pizzas constantly coming out. Workers came to our table several times to clear any used dishes. Definitely a well run Pizza Ranch.
Pizza Ranch in Pocahontas. Iowa. Today 12/18/18. We had a large group coming for lunch/meeting. The place is small and they booked 4 separate parties. Way too much. The Manager was very, very rude to customers. Telling us we would have to " make do". She made comment that they wont do reservations on Sunday again. In a rude way. One of the help was very kind and tried to help. Our group we had 30 wont be back again. However, there was plenty of food and it was fresh. Hats off to the kitchen help. The poor family who had all of us other 3 groups walking through their child's birthday celebration. I'm sure they were not happy either.
Yummy yummy yummy food. Great selection and extremely fresh buffet. Omg the ice cream at any Pizza Ranch is the bomb. Their chicken is the best around and I rank it up there with Chester's Chicken, not spicy but seasoned just right. I like to order a rueben pizza & wish they would add it to the menu. Like that the pop is fresh & not anything like cruddy McDonalds that usually tastes flat & sugary - here it is just perfect all the time. Their wedges are another favorite of mine. Each family member has a good 3 to 4 favorite items differently we all love. So none of us are ever disappointed. Just wish the prices were a couple dollars cheaper. It's not necessarily an inexpensive family dining experience for my family of 4.
