I wish I had the same experience as others but I did not. I found the staff to be inaccessible and when they were there they were rude. We had brought to their attention the weather stripping on the bottom of the door was disintegrated and it allowed dirt and debris into our unit. We also found a hole in the back wall that allowed mice in that left feces all over the place. The staff at the office was unavailable but I finally got someone on the phone who told me they would check with the owners and call me back. As I expected, no call back. I finally cornered someone and asked again and was told the owner would not fix the issue. Since that time the rent has gone up with no service. If you want your belongings to stay dry and clean I would suggest looking elsewhere. Please see my pictures as reference.
AMAZING!! The staff was wonderful, supportive and made for such a great experience on a stressful day! We spent all day supporting a client to clear his unit and transition to a smaller one. I met with Jennifer and Michelle to coordinate the transfer of units and go over details. They were both very friendly and helpful! Michelle supported us in looking at different size units for the change and going over pricing. Jennifer even brought us water out as it was very hot that day. Towards the end of the there was still some things we were going to throw out and I let Jennifer know I’d come by to pick it up in the morning as the dump was closing for the day. She was so friendly and kind and offered to take care of the remaining items so I didn’t have to drive all the way back in the morning. I cannot recommend this business enough! The management goes above and beyond and works to support unit renters to the best of their ability. I am very grateful to have worked with these ladies yesterday! It was a very stressful day and the support of the staff made all the difference for us. THANK YOU!!
Jeff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Made our experience very quick and easy. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the market for storage needs. Incredible prices on indoor and outdoor units. 5x5 - 10x35 units available. Huge savings for first month. Very reasonable prices for protection plans. Not to mention their BOXES ARE A FANTASTIC PRICE!! Late night gate hours which is awesome for late night workers.
They're online website makes it extremely easy to rent a unit from them. Also to make payments online is very simple process, not complicated at all! Also they're on site employees are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be sometimes my gate code doesn't always work.
The property manager Jennifer Banzer is amazing! She is so kind, fair and reasonable and has helped me so much in a really hard time in my life. Thank you so much Jennifer! Note to owners: Please give this woman a raise because she more than deserves it. Lol

Placerville Self Storage is a phenomenal facility with many amenities and clean units of all dimensions. The on site Manager Jenn was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to bend over backwards to make renting a storage unit fast and easy. Thank you Jenn for your superb assistance we know we are in good hands with you.
Clean and secure storage facilities. Reasonable prices. The employees are friendly, professional and returned my voicemails promptly.

Jason and Jeffrey, the property managers, are exceedingly helpful!! I organized my move from out of town. When I arrived at the facility, they had their manual back gate open for the big moving truck carrying my things. The move went off without a glitch. The unit was clean. All my things are in the unit safe and secure. A big thank you to Jason and Jeff!! I will be sure to tell my friends how pleasant of experience I had at Placerville Self Storage!!!
