Went here/sent my parent here because of the really good ratings. Going to have to be honest, my experience was fine, but in my mother’s case, doctor overlooked a lot of things. As a result, she’s having to get lots of work done and redone, and if caught earlier, outcome would’ve been better. Not sure how serious gum/tooth damage was overlooked. Fillings fell out, one by one. Go to someone else. EDIT: Thank you for your response. I stand by what I said. I understand some treatment is voluntary, but when treatment opted into wasn’t done correctly…..this is not up for debate. Facts are what they are, irrespective of whether you try to deny it. Quality of work here is indefensible. If you’ve stuck around to read these reviews, please take a note of this one as well. I am loath to comment on most businesses, but felt compelled to come on here and leave a review.
Staff very courteous and professional Addressed to my satisfaction any question or concerns I had relating to my treatment and prognosis. I commented to that assistant who was treating me that she was very thoughtful and considerate.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Bethpage office. Megan, the dental hygienist was very caring and explained the entire process to me. I was nervous at first, but she was very gentle during the whole visit. Dr. Shah was also very nice and made me feel welcome. Thank you for the great experience!
Dr Kurpali shah is the best dentist I ever found I recommend everyone to go there very humble thorough and kind doctor and staff as well
