Terrible Groupon. I bought a 50.00 Groupon for 1/2 off hoping to at least get a face moisturizer. But NOOOOO… nothing was eligible for use. Only candles or brushes. So disappointed!!!!
SCAMMER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered my items a month ago and never received them. I have called the customer service number several times and left a voice mail and no response. Now I have to open a dispute with my cc company and that may take up to 30 days to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give this company zero stars I would!!!!
The staff was very helpful with answering questions and making product recommendations. I feel like it is a bit on the expensive side but I guess you get what you pay for.

I always purchase 3 cans of Shaper hairspray which of course would take me a bit of time to use. My last can had a defective spray. Upon returning it I was told that the associate would do it “this time” as doing me a favor and that there was a time limit for them to get credit. I have been a very long time customer and instead of saying they were sorry for the inconvenience, I was made to feel lucky they would help me with a defective product! My next purchase will be at the Tustin store.
I love planet beauty the staff seemed a little new or not that talkative but I was in a bad mood that day so that could have had a lot to do with it it was okay
Kimberly at the 17th St location was awesome! Her sharing of product comparisons and beauty tips were so helpful and she was helpful and fun to work with.
I went to this place, because last time the person who help me was very friendly. However, today the sales person Bensan09 was rude and not helpful. She was really nice to the lady in front of me. I felt disrespect. Like I was asking for free stuff. My money is the same like everybody else. .I will not go again to this store.
The best thing about this place is the great customer service skills of Shawna. She is always so helpful and kind. The products are great.
The employees are super friendly and they are very knowledgeable about the products
