Fantastic gym!! The staff is extremely friendly and supportive! The gym equipment is all new and the environment is very clean. Visit this planet fitness and get a membership set up through Joel, he’s very helpful and awesome!
Went to re-join after a few year hiatus, and I was blown away. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly, Hannah was very sweet and pleasant signing me up for the membership. It wasn’t too busy, everything was very clean, and the updated massage chairs were amazing!
I love this gym. The staff are great and friendly. The area is clean. The massage chairs are poppin. There’s something deeply wrong with the elliptical. This is the only location with this style and I’ve been to over 20 different locations across 14 states in the last 8 months. The elliptical hurts to use and is not full motion like everyone else’s. The settings are all messed up. The entirety of the thing makes me feel like I’m on the stairs instead of a full body use. My knees HURT using it. I’ve NEVER had my knees hurt on an elliptical before. Honestly this elliptical and bike style equipment they have is quite a sham. Very deplorable. Painful. Useless.
Clean location. Little smaller than what we are use to. VERY nice shopping center/area!!! A place where you will feel comfortable. Nice to see the employees clean while there. Not a fan of some machines. Like the treadmill from what we see no hill option, or you select a program. Just start and timer seems strange. We do like that the fans work. Some locations they don't. Nice locker room area!!! We appreciate that. Some employees speak other's don't. We would recommend this place.
Excellent equipment, free weights, cardio, and machines. This place is always clean with some of the best staff you will ever have greet you with a friendly smile. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and can’t imagine going to a better gym for my fitness needs.
Awesome gym!!! The staff are super friendly and supportive a big plus! and the space is kept really really clean. It’s been great to get back to working out here. Their facilities make me want to keep coming back.
I used to love this gym. But they added a fair amount of new equipment. Which on it's face seems great. Except when they replaced all the elliptical machines with new ones that the reach is much steeper. Almost more like a stair master. I have hip and knee problems and so the former machines were a great option. These new machines are not anywhere near as approachable.
Great value. Planet Fitness offers many convenient perks. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Lynette was very helpful during my first visit.
Beaware of their cancellation policy you need to personally visit or send letter through registered post. I was traveling out of country for work and couldn’t do either so I spoke to them to cancel subscription but they wouldn’t allow saying corporate policy nonsense. While taking membership they do it in one click but won’t allow cancellation on phone or mobile app. I told I will freeze my bank account if they can’t cancel they were like we will send for collection. Wonderful customer service !
It’s been a very long time since I’ve joined a gym. But when I looked into join one for personal reasons, I thought this was a heck of a deal. I only had to pay $3 when I signed up online. Then 3 weeks later my $10 a month membership was paid. I couldn’t ask for more. I’ve been in there almost everyday. It’s always so clean. The worker are such a joy to talk to. Best choice I ever made. Can’t wait to see how my gym journey will go. Only way it can is to success.
