The Planet fitness team at Rock Hill makes everyone feel like family! They are all knowledgeable about the gym and the equipment within. Since Natalie has taken over, the gym seems to have a lot better atmosphere.
Ever since I have joined the staff have been amazing and very welcoming. Christian deserves to be a manager or to get a raise because he goes out of his way to make every one feel very good and always has a smile on his face. Any time I have had any questions he has answered them and been extremely respectful and nice. These days working with the public is a hassle and not everyone can do it, but he has done an amazing job.
I’ve been to several different gyms, and Planet Fitness is the only one where I feel comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and it never feels as though I’m being judged by them or other members. I can do my workouts in peace without feeling as though everyone is staring at me and sizing me up. I love the atmosphere so much and would recommend PF to anyone I know who’s looking for a judgment-free place to exercise.
I use PF in Rock Hill, SC for quick workouts and to break up my at home Pilates and Yoga workout routines. It's a very clean, comfortable and affordable environment to workout in. Staff is helpful and available. They recently got alot of new equipment and I didn't know how to adjust the seats in the 30 minute workout area so I asked staff for help and she did so. Staff member Christian is a solid example of how to make people feel comfortable. He is super nice, friendly and always takes a moment of his time to say hello, goodbye or a brief chit chat to all of his customers. That really makes a huge difference in a persons day/workout. The staff around him should follow his lead. All in all PF of RH is a great place to get a workout in.
I talk to the hard working gentlemen on night shift and they are awesome. Justin and Kaleb are always trying to keep the gym spotless. The lockerrooms are very well kept by that young man Justin. And Kaleb will immediately offer to clean the machines my elderly mother uses. These two gentlemen are all stars in my book and I will gladly give management a call to let them know those two young men need a raise.
The recent upgrade in equipment is Awesome!!! Staff is Great! Makes no sense to go to another gym! Planet Fitness is the best bang for your buck!!!!
Always clean and tidy with well stocked cleaning stations. Super friendly staff in particular Bekah is extremely helpful and greets my wife and I with a smile every time we come in.
Will be canceling membership! Judgement free zone my butt! I’ve come here for months with no issues and today they tell me I can’t come in because of my blue jeans. I don’t have workout “attire” so I’ll be canceling my membership
I have been a Planet Fitness member now for 5 years and every time I have went into the gym I have been treated like family. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They remember me every time I go in no matter how long it is between my visits. During the pandemic I took a long break from the gym and the day I returned they welcomed me like I never missed a day. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable at all when I work out. It is the best feeling in the world to be able to go to the gym without feeling out of place or judged. I absolutely LOVE the entire staff at the Rock Hill, SC Planet Fitness center. Over the past few years I have moved and even visited another gym that was closer to my new home and NOBODY beats the welcoming atmosphere at Planet Fitness. I have 4 local gyms within about 5-10 minutes from my house and the closest Planet Fitness is now almost 40 minutes away. However, I will always make the drive to Planet Fitness. By far the best gym on the PLANET. Love you guys!!
This business does not operate with integrity, I got double charged for my membership, I called they charged me a third time. Better gyms out there for sure. Gonna dispute the charges with the bank and close out the account. Dumb and unnecessary tbh.
