Staff was great. Helpful and got me into black card spa stations quickly. But I have to say, this place needs some work. Several machines with worn out padding, peeling rubber grips, even duct tape repairs. Not what I expect. Bucket in the middle of the floor catching a roof leak? that's a trip hazard/potential lawsuit fyi. No signage or warning.  And no thank you. I'll not be calling the manager and speaking about this. I'm posting it here. That's going to let current and future members know as well as bring it to management attention. They can take initiative and fix the issues.

Open 24hrs!  Bianca, is a total pro. The gym is warm, inviting as it is it's temperature.. clean as a whistle. Staff clearly cares. Kudos to the folks keeping it going for us trying to stay well..  It's unknown whether you'll like a gym driving in from a new town. I can say this.. you won't regret coming from wherever you are to villa park PF.

Where to begin: Team Amanda.....or better known as the Ateam! This team led by Amanda has helped to make my fitness journey smooth. Serene, Alex  always share that bright welcome smile like Amanda.  The area is always neat and clean. Amanda's team is always dressed properly.  They make me feel important and that my effort is noticed and acknowledged.  Thank you for the apparent training that your company enforces and stands behind makes me feel successful.

This is just my experience and warning to others- watch out there are thieves here. This review isn't about the quality of the customer service or the gym itself... This is just a warning to others. I just took out all my valuables from my cheap jacket and placed the $20 jacket in the locker without a lock thinking it'd be fine. No sir. My decent-looking but very cheap jacket was taken. I saw some shady- looking character watching me from behind my back while I was initially in the locker room. I didn't think much of it, but was sure to take my wallet/phone/keys out with me. If someone is willing to steal such cheap items, they would most definitely take ANYTHING. Watch your back.

Great gym with a fantastic and very helpful staff! I started coming here because it's right next to my work. But it's becoming a staple part of my daily routine quickly! All around very pleased with my experience here so far!

I was before this branch for two years in Broadway branch it’s like different owners this one here is not clean and not organized and missing equipment , there’s no balls with weights also bathrooms they just recently put the paper in the place and the cleaning spray are few you can not take one with you and only one spray in each place. The hydro massage not fixed suddenly stop in the middle then go strong again. I don’t why there is big difference in branches of plants fitness.

Did the free trial. Realized it was a full membership and they’ve been charging my account every month. Email and called to cancel. No response. The. “You have to go in to the gym” I moved away from this location so it’s frustrating. I’ve never even been there and they’ve been charging me this whole time. I can’t just cancel over the phone/ mail. Disputing with bank as well.

I canceled payment to Planet Fitness through my bank when they raised their prices, and then I stopped going. Without any correspondence from them e-mail or snail mail, 6 months later I was turned over to collections and in order to cancel my membership, had to pay for 6 months of membership that I never used. I asked for the manager to call me to see if I could reason with them, but waited a week and never received a call. I ended up just going in and paying it out of fear they would continue to rack up an even larger bill They wouldn't cancel my membership without settling up on the past due balance they continued to charge me for. None of the employees could tell me what this meant in regards to being turned over to collections and whether or not it would impact my credit score. It's a poor way to treat your customers and not a respectful way of conducting business.

Absolutely no hassle. Bought my membership online and today was my first visit. No sales rep at the desk trying to upsell unnecessary stuff. It was literally check in and get to working out. Awesome stuff and patrons. Highly recommend PF!

I waited to make this review but I shouldn’t have to worry about my safety and the safety of others. I’m assuming he works there but has Taco Bell gear on most of the time but recently he was going around the gym saying he wanted to fight co workers among many other things haven’t seen the other worker hope he quit I know I would’ve if nothing is going to get done about it
