I love our gym. Its clean, the front desk people are always lovely still learning their names but they are great!, the gym culture at this particular PF is very respectful, people keep to themselves for the most part and getting your workout done doesn't feel like a chore here.
Honestly if I could put a zero star I would. This place is absolutely horrible , the costumer service is worse than any gym I have ever been before . The manager is the rudest person I’ve encountered with and she does not deserve to manage that gym , They cancelled my gym membership without letting me know whatsoever, they have absolutely no right to do that , do I pay 25 bucks a month to get treated like this? horrible experience. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
LOVE this gym, very clean, nice staff, lots of equipment, helpful app and we come often! However, my only complaint is the summer program, which is nice in theory, it really is... but is really annoying. Kids crowd machines, film in the locker room, and don't wipe equipment. Still a nice gym.
Guests in this club do not understand that we are still social distancing, especially on a treadmill where we’re going to be mouth breathing. They get right up on either side of you even though there are plenty of available machines. Also, someone in the ladies, locker room disrobed, and the changing room, left all of her things there, and went in to take a shower, preventing anyone else from being able to use that changing room unless they wanted to move her things. This club has three Hydro lounges, but two of them are out of order. The staff should inform members on their way in, so they have an opportunity to make a reservation. Instead, they say nothing and there is an hour wait to use a Hydro lounge. I’m glad this isn’t the location I normally use.
Dr. Perry runs a phenomenal atmosphere. I enjoy getting in my workout routine here. It's a welcoming environment for sure.
All equipment are good and new here . Always going in this gym
I am taking classes with DJ at the Huber Heights location. I would recommend any of his classes. He is a great trainer, patient, knowledgable and very helpful. The staff are also kind and always willing to answer any questions
Worst planet fitness, I've ever been to,Building leaks in rain , and staff is not friendly towards paying members at all. If your from Huber heights wanting to work out locally I would suggest a different gym .
I have a black card membership, and this Huber Heights location is one of two locations that I use regularly. This location is closer to my work, and the Englewood location is closer to my home. I prefer this location because it has more cardio machines and it is easy to distance myself, even at busy times. This location also recently got brand new treadmills and ellipticals, so now I am pretty much only using this location, even when I'm coming from home and the Englewood location would be closer! The gym is clean, including locker room and restroom. I've never come across anything that I've wanted to use being out of service. I can't really comment on customer service because I tend to come in, scan my card, do my workout, and leave; and I've never had an issue that's needed to be addressed.
Not the nicest of crew and if you want to tan make sure to sign up for the hr before you really want to. They will have you waiting, no apologies, getting short with you like you don't have a reason to be irritated after waiting 20+ mins AFTER you were supposed to have been tanning.
