Always clean, quiet, and friendly. As homeschoolers, we adore the benefits of the Black Card membership. I can do my Physical Therapy and take a different kid each day for their gym class, all for only $25 a month!! My wallet thanks you and so does my back! I make sure to get a hydromassage after every workout. That alone is worth every penny of the membership fee!
Very clean and quiet not a place for loud grunting power lifters and after your workout they have a nice shower room with high pressure showers. And tanning beds and I enjoy there water message beds and massage chairs
This is by far the best PF I have ever been to. This location was my home gym for 3 years and is SO clean, there is always someone walking around vacuuming or cleaning mirrors. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The space is huge so there is room is for everyone. I moved within the last year so switched my home gym and was so sad to do so especially considering my new one is not half as good as this one is.
It is a clean and quiet place with very friendly staff and a trustworthy environment
I go there regularly. No complaints overall. Sometimes it’s tough to get in on the free weights. There are always enough cardio machines. One area is dedicated to core and stretching and that is rarely crowded. Locker area is pretty decent as are mens showers although sometimes not as clean as I would prefer. But I’ve seen worse. Really a good value for the basic fee.
Whenever any exercise equipment breaks down they are usually out of order for three to six weeks or longer and there is no guarantee when the maintenance man will get to them. This morning I tried to use the Abs Crunch machine and the bench was replaced last night with a bench that was 12 to 15 inches way too short and the mounting bracket exposed. Needless to say, I didn't see the mounting bracket before I laid down and I caught it in my lower back. I reported the problem to the front desk and recommended that an Out of Order sign be placed on the machine before anyone gets hurt. This was done immediately upon my request. When I asked what happened to the old bench I was told that the maintenance man tossed it out after he removed and replaced the bench. Not good. Another problem that I want to report is members leaving Dumbbells laying around the gym and not taking them back to the racks after use. As I see it, it is not the responsibility of the Planet Fitness employees to pick up after members who should know better. It is every members responsibility to maintain the standards of the gym and the equipment they use by taking whatever equipment they use back to it's rightful place and cleaning the equipment. First and foremost creating a safe environment for other members to exercise in should be on the minds of every member.
I love PF but we only have 2 of the seated ellipticals. There are a number of people who want to use these pieces of equipment but often I’m not even able to get on one when I’m there. We have tons of regular ellipticals and treadmills - which are never all in use. Wish you could swap out some of those for more seated ellipticals.
3 based on cleanliness of tanning beds. Always have to re-wipe the plexiglass as it always has others residue baked on..which this one employees don't clean beds after each use, it customer responsibility and yes I clean my bed better than when I went in when I'm finished with my session. They do keep bulbs changed. I've been in tons of PF all over MI and WI, so I'm not being bouge about this. Yes , have brought this to many employees attention, finally stopped cause it doesn't change
How can you close early on memorial day when A. Your business is 24 hours all week long and B. You don't accept American cash you only accept digital you people are pathetic and very judgemental staff against trans people I thought they had a very big moto and rule no judgement I don't know if I can keep my pf black membership to much wrong here
I know this is a "Judgement Free Zone", the amount of ppl who come and do NO Work just blows me! ‍ I would give 5 stars, but the chic at the front desk acted as if she would catch something from me by the way she dropped them coins in my hand when giving me coins for the massage chair!‍
