You know what they say, read the fine print. The gym itself is of course nice, and clean. All of its patrons being welcoming as well. But this is definitely not an affordable option by any means, and is the exact OPPOSITE of "no commitment." I actually feel stupid for joining. You cannot cancel your subscription* You can only send a letter REQUESTING, or physically go up there to sign request forms. To really add on the guilt. It's not 10 dollars* Your annual fee is 5 times your monthly fee. I don't know about you, but I won't be eating for awhile. Because I can afford this and I can't cancel my subscription. you will be charged an extra 58 dollars for cancellation fee* if you manage to cancel your subscription, especially if it's due to financial reasons, you're still going to be out probably hundreds by the time you're able to cancel. I feel so defeated, I thought this gym was a good and affordable choice and recommended it to so many people too.
Easy access for semi trucks. Lots of parking g available. No overnight parking. Get your workout in but gotta go after. A couple food spots in the plaza.
This is a great gym, and I’ve been going for 5 years off and on. The gym and bathrooms are clean, the staff is chill, and the vibes are great overall. They need to add some heavier dumbbells though. After a while you break past the 60lb dumbbells they have there. Would recommend.
Very pissed this morning, you sacrifice your sleep to be at the gym at 5am only to find the doors locked.... beyond disappointed A few weeks ago,the women bathroom were out of order for two weeks. How can you operate a gym with no restroom? I wish there was a connection fitness closeby, I was a member for many years and never had such experiences. I have to say that the club is very clean and equipped. The staff are also very friendly. It's not about these mishaps it's about the lack of communication, they need to communicate better! UPDATE!!!!! The owner asked me to email only for them to tell me to reach out to the club manager, all I am asking for is for the club to communicate!
I drive to this location instead of the closer location just for the cleanliness, the layout is amazing, there's a health juice bar next to it. Its just perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Good showers. Lovely water bed thingie. 10/10
Great gym overall. I've been going to this particular PF in Rockwall on and off for about three years. Most of the staff is friendly, however sometimes they're on their phones and not paying attention to the members. Looks a little unprofessional and it's just annoying when you have to get their attention to go do the Black Card area. Love the gym overall, new staff just needs to be trained on customer service.
I have been attending this gym since January 2023, so about 3 months total and in this time I have become comfortable there. The staff is great, they make you feel welcome and not a bother. I go when it is less crowded so I have not had to wait on a machine and the patrons of the gym are courteous and nice as well. No place is without hic-ups but there really are too few to even mention.
Clean and courteous. I have always been treated great here. Very nice staff and they acknowledge you. Equipment is maintained and the place is clean.
Enjoyed visiting this location. Friendly, pleasant staff. Place is neat, clean and orderly. Lots of well maintained machines and plenty of room to workout. First time ever seeing granite bench tops in a men's locker room. Fancy! Will definitely stop though again next time #JamesAmericanJourney rolls through the area.
I fractured my shoulder and originally joined to get back my range of motion. I love it so much, I have continued to go well past getting my rom back. Great place, great staff, great pricing. I love working out here and I love being able to bring a guest.
