I love my experience here!! I am free to get fit and feel good about myself. The staff is dope. The only thing that I don’t like is the fact that I cannot carry my drawstring bag on you but other than that everything is great!!! I have kept my membership for about two years now with no issues and I love it!! I am always make a new friends!!!Lets get it!!!
I love that everything is just as explained. No surprises. I’ve been with them since they first came to ga and have changed home gyms many times. Any issues I’ve had are resolved by my next visit. Keep everything working guys. Good job.
Long story short - it gets the job done. Don't go at peak times or your rest period will be longer than you want waiting on machines. The employees greet you as you come and go and I always see someone on the floor cleaning every time I work out. I wish there were more machines to choose from but for $10 a month, it gets the job done.
The girl at the front desk who comes in at 6 am never speaks and always looks like she has attitude why work here. And the Boy with The fro needs to do something about his appearance Noone wants to see someone looking that sloppy in the A.m. I wish Pam were still here she really got the energy up in the a.m and was really the best in the A.m. I have added photo below so yall can see yalls employee back always turned just like this never acknowledges anyone who walks past. Why is your back turned to customers and not greeting or saying enjoy workout? Still a problem 3 weeks later.
PLEASE GET THE EQUIPMENT FIX SMH This place has gotten horrible to me. Decent area was excited about this place now alot of the machines are broken and has been broken for awhile like there never gonna get them fixed and that sucks I've even asked and they say that the manager knows. On the up side the night shift has gotten much better! Would be a better place if the equipment get fixed
I’ve been going to this gym since November of last year, and I love it. The manager key is friendly and welcoming. The staff are always working together to keep the gym clean. And the atmosphere is top tier.
Came in today to get information on a charge, and also cancel my membership since I’ll be moving closer to the city. When I asked about the charge and why it was made, the guy at the front desk with a curly Afro asked me to open my mobile banking app and show him what was in my account to prove I had sufficient funds in my account at the time the charge was made, which is very unprofessional!!!! I was very appalled but not surprised considering how Planet Fitness does business. Don’t waste your time, go across the street to LA Fitness and save yourself the headache
Great location. I just don't trust Planet Fitness any longer. If they change it to where you can call into an actual customer care number for help if needed, and can cancel your membership remotely, then this gym would be amazing. Unfortunate things happen, especially nowadays, and the way they run their business is extremely inconvenient for the customers when faced with hardship.
I was really pumped about participating in the three fitness classes this afternoon during my lunch break. The instructor showed up late and the first class ran over 15 mins, the second class did not happen because the core and cardio ran over; It was disappointing. I did however get a challenging core and cardio workout.
Smaller PF gym but very bright, clean, and not too busy.
