Great gym location, clean and nice. The only problem is a few machines weren’t working. Overall good gym to go.
The facilities are clean, staff is polite and courteous, but it’s too just crowded at times and does not have appropriate equipment for what I needed to feel like I got a great lift in That being said… I did however call to cancel my membership; I expected a partial refund on top of a cancellation fee no biggie. Instead, I got the clerk reciting Massachusetts general law to me - they would not refund me, not even a partial. I was astonished, to me that’s poor customer service. BE VERY WEARY OF THE CONTRACT AND UNDERSTAND YOU CANT CANCEL.
The guy at the early morning desk is so friendly and kind. Treats you like he knows you. Great spot for AM workout destination.

Best Planet Fitness location I've ever visited. Always very clean, cordial staff and volume allows minimal wait times for equipment. Also has additional amenities compared to surrounding locations.
Ive been going to this gym for like 4 years and its pretty solid, no one judges you, the staff is really chill, its not super busy. No complaints for me, def join this gym
Signed up for a short term membership and nobody wanted to inform me that during a big chunk of my membership the location would be closing for at least 4 weeks for renovations with no sort of reimbursement or discount. The gym itself is fine, but there’s a reason it’s so cheap, because it’s not… they charge nonsense fees and give terrible service.
I felt it necessary to share my experience at this Planet Fitness because the customer service here, at least at the crack of Dawn on Monday and Tuesday is fabulous. I’m an avid CrossFit goer and really only come here for running during the winter. I’ve developed a bit of a routine where I can come in the morning and run and then tan. The gentleman who works here in the morning makes it a point to be around for the time I’m off the treadmill and ready to tan. He’s aware of my routine and it makes a huge difference. I’ve considered changing to a gym closer to my home for running purposes that’s even more reasonable but I’ve remained here solely due to this level of customer concern. It makes my mornings easier. So, thank you! It’s nice to find places with humans who have it together and care to do their jobs well!
After all that time remodeling and no new machines - specifically the treadmills! How long before you change anything out? The treadmill belts literally slip and will cause an injury. What a let down. Time to shop new gyms. What’d you guys do change the wallpaper and add a neon sign.
