The New Albany locations General manager is VERY VERY RUDE. I can't believe he's in management for one then for him to be the GENERAL MANAGER is INSANE! Anytime fitness is much better customer service and definitely not a rip off like this dump!
I can’t tell you how much I enjoy having the Black Card as a member of Planet Fitness. I can visit any location when every I want and it’s the best. This location is way out of my normal travels but I enjoyed it none the less. Friendly staff and the place was spotless. Truly no issues at all while I worked out at this location.
not a bad gym. almost always clean. The staff are not very friendly. I would expect when paying 30$ a month for the showers to do more than drizzle water. It's barely enough pressure to rinse soap off.
This planet fitness has some of the most polite, helpful and kind employees. All of the guests I have interacted with are great.
I went through the drive-thru for a Carmel Frappe the I earned with points on the app. When I got it, it was mocha, so I had to go inside to have it made right. They did so without any issues. They found the problem & took care of it.
I am a truck driver and m in a different Planet Fitness everyday just about. This location was clean and has friendly staff. I do believe there needs to be more than one changing room in the ladies locker room. While I was in the shower two ladies ask if they could change real quick in there while my personal clothing and shower stuff was in there. Other than that GREAT
Tanning beds need updated like all the surrounding gyms. I hate driving to clarksville or Jeff to use the beds there.
I thought planet fitness on Westport rd was hot, but Grant line road gets the trophy. It was so hot I would advise anyone with a Heart condition, menopause, or high blood pressure to not workout here. The windows were all steamed up with outside temps at 30. I ran under the fan and couldn’t finish my workout. The front desk was not approachable as their friends were hanging out around the desk. The gym to lift weights is nice. More room than most PF. Also a large tanning and massage area that is more private than other PF. If the temp was appropriate… it would be a higher rating. As far as front desk… it’s easy to check yourself in.
Staff was very helpful. The equipment and rest of the facility was clean.
