Been going to this one for half a week. Equipment is okay, not great compared to other PF’s but a little bigger. Staff is pleasant to be around. But the environment and other members are very low quality.  Watching people not clean off massage chairs and the worst was that I felt dirtier getting out of the shower than I did getting in, I couldn’t wait to leave while I was showering. Just trashy. Very unlikely I’ll be using this one again.

This place is always immaculate and nice and cool on hot days. The staff are quality, and the patrons do their own thing without bothering others in any way. Class act! Thanks PF, west Springfield ma!

If you're a truck driver, this is a good planet fitness to stop by. Lots of space and parking by skechers. Normally there is overnight parking at 24hr planet fitness but there were signs that said no overnight parking. Also thought the day there were police officers in the shopping center.

It’s a great place to workout, exercise and weight lifting. It’s really affordable that’s why I signed up here since I live really close and this location is one of the biggest in the area but unfortunately I have seen many young teenagers are don’t know how to share the machines and spend their time scrolling social media.

I love going to the one in west spfld. Seems small but the atmosphere is nice and it's not so packed with people.

It was amazing and the services are extreme happiness, after you workout there warm water showers awaiting make sure you close the curtain real GOOD,however, thats not all. This planet fitness is one of the very few with Hydra bed, massage chairs and tanning bed at your service for a nice muscle relaxation and a winter summer look. The beauty of your dedication tells your determination.Go and be patient with yourself in there and see you still got it. Love the staffs all of them! Let's go Planet Earth.

Signed up online with no issues, went to this location for the first time and was told another location from over 3 years ago was looking to collect which caught me off guard, I was told I could use the gym this time but would have to talk to the G.M about this collection issue, then I was told I actually had to pay another 20$ to use the gym which went towards nothing even though I have a membership, I then asked to Cancel My membership and at first was told I could not do that, this was by the assistant manager, I then made myself clear that I wanted to cancel my membership and I’m not taking no for an answer, so I lost out on my initial start up cost and was not permitted to use the gym, they seem to like taking money and not actually offering a real service apparently.

I love it here, great staff, very clean & the hydro beds are amazing after a good workout!

I am from Wisconsin and visited this gym today.  Friendly staff and awesome equipment.  Mr.Robert was wonderful to talk to. Massage chair was excellent much better than Wisconsin.  Would recommend this gym to Everyone.  Keep it up  !!

Definitely crowded at certain hours. Appropriate clothing doesn't exist. Almost "clothing optional" at this place with the way the boys randomly remove their tanks and t's to compare and take pics in the furthest corners. Girls are wearing bikini sports bras that barely hold anything in. Don't get me started on the shorty shorts. And what's the age limit? I'm looking at a kid barely 12 getting on a machine! No parent in site. And people are obnoxious and they don't know how to share! It's an awful vibe here. It's only getting 3 stars because they're relatively new and clean. Lots of "judgement" happening in this place. Not to mention the experience I had with one of the young trainers here. A pushy guy who felt it necessary not once, but twice felt it necessary to impart his knowledge in my direction in the 30-min room. I was very clear I wasn't interested after his first attempt but he kept at it until I shooed him away.
