I had a very pleasant experience today! The young lady that was working had quite a few people. And, yet, she kept her composure and got ALL of our orders to us in a timely manner! My Mountain Man Crunch was wonderful!

Great staff made me feel welcome, and the mango boba smoothie was refreshing. I had an enjoyable visit with a friend as we laughed and shared stories. Great vibes! Clean restroom, too.Food: 5/5

Clean establishment, friendly staff, fast and correct service. The first time I came here the store was pretty busy but the staff was great, very fast but very accurate. They did not look stressed out and they did not snap at customers. Very happy to be a customer here. Thank you ladies from the Monday morning shift!

I don't know if there has been a change in staff at this Planet Smoothie but I was so disappointed. My last 2 visits have been Enough to make me want to drive to Another Location Even If It's Further Out. A week ago I went and the machine was out. So they was only able to take cash. When I went back a few days ago a smoothie that I regularly get was made and it tasted horrible. The customer service was good and the girl offered to remake it but I was just so over it that I decided to leave.

Unbelievable customer service. I went in to get strawberry smoothie gluten free for a friend. I wanted to be sure everything was gluten free but Danielle was the one taking the order and even asked if it was celiac disease which is exactly. She proceeded to have her coworker Morgan get a blender and the top from the back and even asked about getting different strawberries from the back so no cross contamination. She definitely went above and beyond and we are so impressed. You have great team members with those two.

I always enjoy coming into this location because I know their smoothies are consistent and delicious! This will always be my go to smoothie spot!

The smoothies here are really good. I had the Java the Nut and it was really good. The girls working behind the counter were really nice and had great recommendations.
