Fast friendly service. This family run smoothie shop is attentive and outgoing.

The girl was nice but that was the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. It was given to me already separated and watery as if it had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes or more. I ordered the pineapple kale smoothie inside and sat there waiting for 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure I was given someone else’s old smoothie.

I’m a regular at this location. I just bought a 32 oz smoothie and paid $9.09, I asked for a wide straw instead of the regular skinny one and the girl denied it because they are for the boba drinks, which is about the same price I paid or less!, HOW PETTY AND CHEAP!, great customer service! Lol smh

Went to buy 2 smoothies for my kids. I didn't know they had kids menu so I went ahead to check the menu in the wall. We were taking our time because the kids didn't know what to order, neither I did. I was aming for 2 small smoothies 20.onz $5.99... Then the cashier pointed without asking where the kids menu was. It was in the door so It was easy for a 6 and a 5byear old to see it, and it was better for the one who knows how to read asking for one of these instead, so we ended ordered both of the same thing. 2 x 12onz $4.99 ... Then I realized that for me was expensive to buy the smoothies form the kids menu. I suggest the staff give the costumer time to decide what to order instead of trying to point stuff before being asked. There was only one person in the store and it was already waiting for his order, so I don't understand why don't wait until we could make a decision. I won't come back to this location. Two starts because at least the kids enjoyed their smoothies.... That could last more if I have ordered the 20onz...

Smoothies are amazing!! By far the best Planet smoothie location, The employees behind the counter are extremely friendly and helpful. I was greeted when I walked in and the employee behind the counter informed me that she was in training but still made my smoothies fast and carried conversation.

Cashier was informative and friendly. My first visit there. Only my third smoothie ever. Have been getting a few at Wawa and loved them. So I thought I'd try a real smoothie place. 1 star for the smoothie, and 5 for the worker.. So 3 all together.

The lady serving and making the smoothies was very nice, kept a good conversation, while still making our families smoothies quickly. Thanks for the great service and yummy smoothies.

For the most part, I like their smoothies. The other day, we went in there for $2 off medium but we didn't have the text code. You'd think the owner could at least discount one but she chose not to. There were also a few flies or some other insect flying around behind the counter. It's too bad because I really like their products and this particular one is convenient.

Always wonderful customer service, my favorite planet smoothie location, I hadn’t been to this side of town in a LONG while and they still remembered me it’s super touching and I wish them the very best business
