Planet TV Repair

Do not go there! I paid $300 to repair my TV. They repaired it and within a month it was out again. I took it back and they repaired it and one month later guess what? The TV is out again! They don't answer the phone and don't follow up. Don't spend your money here not worth it. I should have read the reviews before going there.

We were very happy with the tv mounting service. Mr. Reyes and his daughter Jackie were very professional and accommodating. We will definitely recommend Planet TV to others.

I just picked up my T.V I paid 210 dollars yes it works now, but it was returned scratched! They say they didn't damage it which is a total lie. Do not recommend this place at all!!! Please check your TV's screen before you drop it off and take pictures something I should have done.

We took a television in for an estimate. Beyond Terrible! Exercise caution when thinking about using them. 1. They say they will call you with an estimate and they don't. 2. You try to call them and they won't answer. 3. They charge you $35 to take in your television. 4. When you finally get through to a person, the estimated amount they want to charge is about the same as a new television. Business really seems like a scam.

Im glad to say im happy to have found this place. The Secretary was friendly and keep in contact with me throught the time my 65 inch flat tv was brought in. They gave me a price of 250 to fix the problem. When i picked up my tv it was the price they quoted me . Also i met the owner and he come to my house and installed in on the wall for me at a really good price.They were very friendly and honest. So now he is fixing several friends of mine who has tv problems. I recommend them highly..

Be warned , I had read their Poor yahoo reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I took in my large LED tv to get an estimate because I had trouble turning it on . Estimate was $30 and they told me what was wrong with it , and quoted $325 to have it fixed . I agreed . They gave me a date of pickup and called that morning to make sure . I was told that the tv needed to be brought back to the shop because it had been moved because of flooding due to heavy rains ?. I dropped by later that afternoon . My tv was on display at the shop and right away noticed there was a black horizontal line across the screen , prior to taking it in, the picture was never an issue-it’s a new Brand name TV. I point it out to owner/ clerk and she tells me that if I want it fixed it will be an additional $250 .i point out that that line was not there prior and her response was that “oh the main board was also in need of replacing .” I don’t think they know how giving an estimate works , and even then , I have my suspicions that the Tv was dropped or got wet during transport . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My tv started going dark so I took it here to get fixed, the guy told me the LED lights were going out and needed to be replaced, it cost me over $200 to get fixed with one month warranty, so i did it. I got the tv back a few days later but within the same week that i got it back the LED lights started going out again, luckily it was within the month so they re-fixed it again free of charge...... BUT a month and a half later the LED lights started going out again. I'm out of $250 with nothing accomplished.
