Planet Wings

Okay, don’t get me wrong .. most people come here for the wings, however the tenders are seriously where it’s at. I made the decision to get them out of impulse and could not believe I hadn’t been getting them forever. They are SO good, like SO SO good especially with the honey mustard. Ugh, seriously bomb.

I've gotten food from here twice now and it's been disappointing both times. I thought I should give it a second chance to see if the first order was an outlier but it seems that this is the kind of quality you should expect from PW. The sauce tastes good and I like the variety offered. However, the wings themselves are so, so small. For a place that calls itself "Planet Wings", they really dropped the ball here. For my second order, I tried boneless wings instead and while you technically get more meat, they're still small sometimes smaller than a McDonalds chicken nugget, rarely larger than one and, worse than that, they're...overcooked? I can't quite place what the issue is, they just aren't good. They seem stale sort of? I also ordered mozzarella sticks but I guess the mozzarella isn't included... There is so little cheese in the mozza sticks that I was able to bite into them, dip them into marinara, tap the mozza stick, and literally fill it with marinara sauce. About half of the mozza stick is totally empty, it's just deep fried air. If you want good wings, believe it or not, Pizza Hut has great wings.

This is the worst wings I have ever had. They are so flimsy and small. Overpriced and quality sucks. I would never order from here again. So disappointed!

I used to love this place but its clear by my past few experiences they have given up on quality of food. If its the burnt fries 4 day old celery or the over cooked and over sauced wings they clearly are just “winging” it. Also please be consistent with the pricing! Last 3 times same orders all three times different prices. #Bringbacknormalsizedwings

It’s literally more expensive then a fine dinning restaurant and yes with inflation still more expensive then some fine dinning restaurants. Never going here again

UPDATE: So a few years ago when we first moved to the area I couldn’t get enough of these wings. Recently, I have been very disappointed with the quality of food from this PW location. The wings have gotten smaller and smaller and the prices continue to go up and the flavor has been lacking. Today I ordered Parmesan garlic wings dry rub and there was barely any seasoning on the wings and the wings were cold and didn’t taste fresh. They smelled and tasted like the oil they had been cooked in was very old. After a number of unsatisfactory order, I think it’s time to move on to another restaurant for wings. Love this place. The wings are delicious. My faves are the garlic parmesan they use a dry rub and the lemon pepper wings, which I love because it's actually a sauce they make that is sort of a buffalo sauce but with a hint of lemon. It's got quite a kick. You can carry out or dine in. Either way, you'll have a great experience.

I can't tell you one time the workers have gotten my order right. Tonight I ordered 4 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with emphasis on the cheese. They each came without the cheese. I asked for one without, mushrooms, every last one had mushrooms. I will take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order for delivery, 3 combos. it took more than an hour and was eventually delivered by a neighbor's son from down the street because the delivery person left it on their porch. When I finally received my order which could easily have gone to the squirrels by then, the fries were soggy, my wings were cold and I was missing a drink. The other 2 drinks I threw away because of how the cups and lids looked. I didn't trust it. I ordered a bottled water in addition that I never received. I will never order here again. Not even for takeout. I spent 50 dollars including a tip that I wish I could have back. I'm disgusted

Last year there was a finger nail in my sandwich. The owner did nothing. Decided to try again. Three times and they can't get the order right and last night was sent a meal with plastic melted on it. The owner was contacted and told the polite girl to do nothing. Food sucks but was convenient but not when you wait 2 hours to eat shity food.
