Came here from Van Nuys since Van Nuys is over a 2 hrs wait with an appointment. Only for it to be the same damn thing!! Deff not coming back here either!

Horrible staff they are so rude the girl that works at the front is the worst. I made an appointment today and she asked me five times about insurance when I said I didn’t have it and she told me to leave as I made an appointment. They need better staff

What'd the point of making an appointment if it takes so long to be seen? I waited an hour for a prescription. I've definitely been to other PP location that had medication on hand and were quicker to service. Also, half the questions could've been asked over the phone to save time.. Try somewhere else for better help.

I got there at 8 am hoping to be the first one in-line so don’t have wait to long in line and guess what?!?! Clinic didn’t even open until 8:30 am because no one from working staff show up until 30 minutes later….. quite impressed with work athletics of working staff … you can come and go you please?!?!

made an appointment 3 days prior.. arrive, only to find out provider canceled due to being on lunch then they tried getting me to change days then said I'd be stuck waiting for an hour or more! super unprofessional; could have at least let me know prior it was canceled

Such an excellent clinic. Great, polite, well-informed staff. The doctors are always amazing - special note on Veronica who was kind, quick, and very knowledgeable. It’s the only medical facility I’ve been to in recent years that actually listens to you and provides unbiased advice.

I came here to have my birth control implant removed after having it for 3 years and they told me it was good for 5, so I called the provider that implanted itno longer in network with my insurance to verify it was only good for 3 years. Planned parenthood hood still refused to remove and replace it and said 5 years. After calling my insurance to verify the amount of years it was good for only 3 years I won’t be a patient here because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Scheduled an appointment for birth control waited over an hour in the reception area! When going to the back they said another appointment was needed! So an appointment for an appointment and the provider disregarded my questions and concerns. Again, today an hour wait time in the reception area. They’re overbooked and girls in the front are jaded, short and abrasive customer service is not strong.
