I’ve been here before and it’s a great clinic like any other but the last THREE times I’ve made an appointment here I pull up, park, only to find out everyone’s appointments have been cancelled last minute without warning. Thanks for nothing after having to book ahead weeks in advance. Go to the Lagoon Ave. location in Minneapolis. They seem to always have openings available the same day.
Really nice people, clean area, the only problem is scheduling. I’ve been going here a couple years now and sometimes they’ll be overbooked or they have no one to see me at my scheduled time. Those are the only down sides that become hassles. Otherwise I’ve been in an out pretty quick for my birth control and haven't had any other problems!
Terrible service ever experienced I do not recommend this facility literally so disappointed it’s really bad I booked three times and they didn’t know what I was booking for? Cancled on me for the fourth time! Just to tell me it’s the staffing if that’s the case you should inform people that so they don’t waste their time! Bad communication! Wasted my TIME completely! will never come to this facility! I wouldn’t even trust them working on my body anyways. Good day
I had my IUD removed here today and it went so smoothly. I had it inserted somewhere else and the experience was honestly traumatizing- it was very painful and triggered a fainting response, and the doctor there couldn't have cared less. Needless to say I went into this visit very nervous, but PP was amazing. They gave me some advice on what to do ahead of time to reduce the potential for a reaction. During the procedure, the doctor went slow and talked me through the whole thing, checking on me regularly. I didn't have any reaction this time, and while it definitely wasn't the most fun part of my day, they made it manageable. I so appreciate PP and all they do.
All of the nurses and receptionists were so helpful and friendly! I'm a big supporter of planned parenthood so I was sort of excited when I got the opportunity to go to one! The only issue I had was when the actual Doctor came in. Her attitude toward me was very condescending and made me feel very self conscious of myself and my life style. Planned parenthood is a place where people should feel comfortable and safe and that is the exact opposite of how she made me feel. I will most likely return but only at the request of a different doctor...
Amazing experience at the Richfield - Planned Parenthood Clinic. All of the staff were so nice and helpful- the receptionist, nurse and doctor. This was my first time at this clinic, I felt very comfortable during my whole visit and am so thankful for my experience. I will be recommending this clinic to friends and family!
The staff at this clinic are so kind. The doctor was relatable, kind, talkative and I never felt uncomfortable to talk to her. The reception staff I worked with were amazing at helping me navigate payment options and figure out what is best for me. Unless I move out of the msp surrounding areas, I will use this clinic for all my reproductive health needs.
This was my first time visiting the Richfield planned parenthood, and I absolutely LOVED it. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout my visit. Doctor Gina was very attentive to my needs and got me on the correct medication. I will 100% be returning here and referring all my family members and friends! Thanks for making my visit a great one!
I love planned parenthood and support everything they do. I've always had amazing experiences at multiple locations. Although I had a great expierence during my visit at this specific location, I was ill and was misdiagnosed SEVERELY. I wasn't treated for the correct symptoms and was never followed up with my doctor even though I should've been. I didn't even receive my test results - I had to call two weeks after my appointment. Leading me to dealing with an issue for over a month with no help or direction. Very very disappointing. I do not recommend if you have a serious issue.
I had a appointment this morning. I loved it! The staff was very helpful in me finding a new contraceptive, im very pleased in the service and the staff is amazing.i was in and out within an hour.i highly recommend. I will return. Thanks ladies.
