I’m sharing my wonderful experience with Toni the manager at Plano park townhouse. She’s exceptional, incredible, professional and above all very kind. she’s always there for the residents in any type of situations. I never do reviews for any apartments in my life but Toni deserve a 10 stars If you looking for a safe and secure home come to Plano park townhomes and ask for Toni you will thank me later.
The manager Toni has been a tremendous help through out the leasing process! She been a pleasure to work with and is very resourceful, accommodating and prompt. Her willingness to help out her future tenants has left a wonderful impact on my upcoming move. Keep up the wonderful Toni, thank you so much again!
I wrote my previous review at 5 in the morning because I was up all night dealing with the reason I previously wrote the review. Called Toni today and now that I've had sleep, Toni is so nice. I made my previous review in haste and anger but I have decided to revise it. The place is great, I throughly have enjoyed my month here so far. Toni has been quick to fix any issue I've had.
Toni was absolutely fantastic helping up get setup at this wonderful complex. She answered all the questions I had even when I asked too many! Very approachable and willing to help with great attitude, the best experience I’ve had when trying to get a lease done!
Toni has been amazing through this whole moving situation! I couldn't ask for a better property manager!! The community is peaceful and the neighbors I have met so far are SOOO nice! The apartment is super cute and I am so glad I found this place!
I’m so excited about living here. The leasing manager has been so helpful throughout the process. It’s a quiet well kept neighborhood. Has a cute dog run area and playground. The pool area is well kept. We are in one of the bigger units and I love the layout. Overall it’s been a great experience. I hope to stay for a while.

We have been working with Toni the Apartment Manager and she is just wonderful and so helpful. Always answering my millions of questions and follows up in a timely manner. I cannot wait to move into our new townhome.
I love living here! Toni is an amazing leasing agent and had me sold as soon as I walked in the door! The community is beautiful and very quiet I haven’t had any problems! Best place to live if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Toni!
I've been a resident here for 15 years. That in itself is an excellent endorsement. The current management and staff are friendly and helpful. They are quick to resolve any issues I may have. The grounds are attractive and well kept. The community feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The apartments themselves are are well insulated against sound. I rarely hear the residents that are adjacent to my apartment. Also the ventilation system is self-contained which means I don't get any smoke or odors coming from other apartments. For the most part, the other residents are quiet and respectful of others. I have never observed any loud partying or drinking on the grounds. This is a safe place to live. I highly recommend this complex.
