We are conveniently located in the Northeast area, 1 block from Clemson on Hardscrabble Road directly across from the Piggly Wiggly and next door to New Life Fitness. Our Professional Storage Counselors are here 6 days a week

Description

We offer you everything from a 5x5 to a 10x30 in climate controlled units, and from a 5x5 to a 20x35 in standard storage units. We carry a full line of boxes and moving supplies and you can use our Free Move-in Truck.

We proudly offer 7-days-a-week gate access for all customers! We offer online payments, reservations, monthly invoicing and have an automated billing service. Business work stations, fax and copy services are also available.

This has been the best storage facility I’ve ever been involved with. The staff is always so friendly and access in/out is so very easy. Anytime I need to utilize the moving truck it is always available. Thank you so much for being so convenient and helpful!
I have tried many different storage facilities and this one by far is the best. I have my hat off to the management team especially Michelle she has been very professional, courteous, and made my switch to this facility seamless. I highly recommend this place!
When I first opened this storage even though I was paid up I was locked out of my space because I didn’t have a lock. That was no where in my contract. I went in and had to sign another lease for a discounted price which went up apparently after I left the building. I am very displeased with their lack of communication. The only time you hear from someone is when you miss payment and then I put the uhaul truck on hold but yet the management authorized for someone else to use it. They want their payment but never once was I offered compensation for the two months of me being locked out though my bill was paid and also never once did I receive an apology for the inconvenience caused by me not being able to utilize the free truck that my account was supposed to come with. When I asked about speaking to corporate management I was sent a nice nasty email. I do not recommend this place and feel like they need to look into their management team.
This place is awesome! Beat rates. Super clean. Secure. Great customer service from the nicest folks in the storage business. They treat everyone like family and it is always a pleasure to stop in and chat with them.
Michelle, the facility’s manager, is awesome! She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to do business with! The facility is very secure and clean. I have been doing business with them for several years and plan to continue with them.

I was with them for over a year. I met Michelle when I signed up for a parking space. Super nice an professional!! Didnt realize she was the manager! She made everything easy and smooth! This is how you take care of your clients!! Keep up the great work!! You wont be disappointed.
This is my first opportunity to rent with Morning Star, but the experience was Great. Personnel was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She completed the paperwork expeditiously and very patiently explained the key and lock process. And best of all the first month of storage is free. I would highly recommend them for service.
