Taking care of Mike Sateren
The talented group of professionals who have joined to create Plateau Diesel Performance have come together for a number of reasons but very high on the list of motivations is to give Mike Sateren a game he can play and win.
Mike was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September for 2014 and is in a fight for his life. It is a testimony to Mike that he has led the effort to create this new company with clear thinking, enthusiasm and a smile when most people would be at home feeling sorry for themselves. Mikes goal and a major goal of the rest of the staff at Plateau Diesel is to create a profitable and functioning ethical company and transition to a significant percentage of employee ownership after the initial startup expenses have been retired.
The staff of Plateau Diesel Performance are dedicated to building a strong and high integrity company and chief among the reasons to do so is to guaranty Mike and his family win in the long run, whether or not Mike wins his battle with cancer.
