Hands down this is the place to turn to get your car clean. I work as a man; which means I spend months at a time working in my truck 14 hours a day covered in dirt, mud and grease. I spent six months working in the New Mexico deserts, often sheltering muddy stray dogs. When I got home, the truck was coated in dirt and ground in mud from head to toe. I turned to these guys to get this 2011 F150 more professional looking at least. I failed to take before pictures because this is a common cycle for me and I am typically left disappointed with the results; even more so as a former detailer myself. Prestige absolutely does their business right. They ultimately held it an extra night because they were insist in getting it done right. What they did to the interior is just short of restoration level. The carpets and seats were spotless and the interior was returned to its showroom black from the hazy grey I had come accustomed to. When I went I picked it up, it was quite apparent that everyone of them took as much pride in my truck as I do maybe a tad more. That's huge for me. I will be certainly be using them to maintain the proper state for my 3 vehicles.Services: Full body wash

I just want to be honest and give notice to anybody who is looking for a car, The detailing may be a different story but as far as buying/leasing a car from him it's a hard NO. We leased the 2014 Jeep Patriot February 28th, 2023 not even a month later, the car now needs a head gasket-- ok we got that fixed, now at this very moment we just got a motor put in the car 2 days ago and haven't even driven the car it now needs a transmission put in. I believe he sold me a lemon just being honest as ever. He acts like he doesn't know stuff when you call you literally have to go through his son who do know stuff.

We dropped our car off at 1:30 and were told by the manager Sherman that it would take about 30-40 Minutes to complete the Silver Service we had requested. We verified if that meant we had time to grab a quick lunch and he confirmed. We returned at 2:55 and we're told they had just pulled my car in and started, would be done in an hour. We went back for it at 4:45 and the car was still not completed but we needed it back. Although the manager did not inspect the car he did know the job had not been completed. The online and brochure price for the service shows $30. We confirmed that price over the phone and in person at drop off. We were charged $40 to half clean my ford focus. When we vocalized our disappointment an employee was outright rude to me and my wife in front of our daughter.When we called to try and remedy the situation, we were offered half our money back as long as we did not post a poor review. We will never be returning and suggest others don't either! Very unprofessional establishment.

I needed my truck detailed. Platinum Auto did a great job and even picked me up when it was finished. I’m happy.

If you want your semi truck cleaned, don’t even look at other places in Winston Salem. This place will take care of you as their own. Wonderful service.

The guy wasted my time, I’ve never seen anyone take as long as this place to close a deal, he kept taking hours to respond, I gave him everything he needed, pay stubs and everything, he even ran my credit and told me I was approved, eventually he just stopped responding, very unprofessional place, don’t do business here
